Defence Bakery SINCE 1962 Defence Colony

If you like pastries and bakery items, don't miss visiting this place. I was alone so couldn't try much but definitely worth visiting multiple times to try their variety of cakes. Some cakes may not be as tasty as they look. But you know it's hard to find good bakery stuff or else you need to visit expensive places. This is were average budget person can enjoy good pastries and bakery items.

It has been ages since I have coming to Defence Bakery for desserts. No words can describe the utter perfection, be it, cakes, patisseries, macrons, muffins, breads, sandwiches, doughnuts, chocolates, cookies, 🍭, or anything else. The rates are extremely reasonable too. They do have imported coffee too. Do it a shot if you are nearby or if you can!! Do try the Opera pastry, it is pure chocolate delight!

Black Forest (eggless), Plain Vanilla Muffins, Focaccia and Breads... Prices are reasonable.. Quality and Hygiene is the best 😊.

Excellent quality it's been there for years only because they have upgraded themselves timely... Tried and tested several times.. good quality.. value for money... Hope they just add quality cheesecakes too soon

Definitely worth a visit! One of the best bakeries in Delhi-NCR that easily matches up to Wenger's and surpasses it in terms of price. Highlights include: marble cake, sausage rolls, rusk, range of breads on offer, chicken patty and opera cake (basically haven't tried any food item that isn't good so far). :)

Owners are very good young people now they have grown up

They have never disappointed me from the taste of the bread and cakes to the looks of the shop at Festivals times the shop is an all rounder

Have been going to the bakery since I was a child. They've managed to maintain their standards and prices ever since.
Of late, I've been trying to find decent sugar donuts in Delhi-NCR. Finally, Defence bakery has prevailed in making one of the best sugar donuts I could find in town. Among other delicious foods, of course.

I got my son's 6th birthday cake from defence bakery .My theme was space and they did full justice to it. It was a beautiful and delicious chocolate base cake.Special mention to Jeanie from defence bakery for helping us out with the cake.I am a regular client at defencr bakery at GK2 and love their stuff.

Original post: I love their coleslaw and cheese tomato sandwiches. But every time I go they are finished. Even at 4pm. And I came from west delhi just for that. Why dont they keep more?

I have been getting occasion cakes baked by them all the time.. latest was for my son which was amazing and showed true craftsmanship...
It's easy to get designs on fondant... But to make a cream cake so pretty takes effort... Thanks for making our occasions so special each and everytime...
