Secret Garden Flora, they're amazing! So, I've been purchasing arrangements from them for a while now and I've always been super impressed with their service and their arrangements, the flowers they use and the overall feel of the product as a whole. On valentine's day, I had ordered an arrangement that, let's just say, wasn't the usual. I merely sent a message stating my grievance and really expecting nothing of it. They apologized and said they'll look into it. However, what they did next was quite unexpected! They sent the same arrangement again, except that this time it was way way better than the original arrangement. That was some awesome customer service and I'm super happy with them. I don't think I'll be able to go to any other company for flower arrangements.
