Very good shopping experience at ORRA South extension. The collection here is amazing.
Ritu guided us through out very well and showcased amazing jewellery products, which met our expectations.

Beautiful designs and vast collection (specifically in diamond) with the best, reasonable price.

Best staff. We were attended by Ritu and she is excellent. We were buying jewelry for the first time and she was very kind and humble. The store is also extremely good. We were completely satisfied with our buy. Even the designs and collection is amazing.

Went there to shop for my sister’s wedding, and ended up buying a bracelet, a diamond set and rings. They have a great collection of jewellery at varied price ranges. We were assisted by Ms. Ritu. She was really helpful and assisted us at each and every step. ORRA is lucky to have such an energetic and talented salesperson.

I would like to praise Orra's wide variety and the the enthusiasm with which they showcase their inventory, all these aspects coupled with their hospitality makes it a very positive engrossing experience.

Even if the purchase is small or large, they treat their customers equally, and even though the enterprise has made sure their quality and hospitality is always maintained, its the employees which do a commendable job to upkeep this standard.

And i would like to personally thank Mrs. Jasmeet Kaur who assisted me at every step, people like her should be promoted in every aspect of their job.

For me Orra showroom and the staff members are very special. It all started 7-8 years ago when I simply dropped in to give a casual glance and was mesmerised by the designs and the warmth and willingness shown by the staff . From then there is no looking back , jewellery purchase means going straight to Orra, a regular kitty member, a constant buyer.
It would be a crime not to mention the sweet and vivacious Jasmeet who not only has a pretty good knowledge of gems, but also tackles her customers so patiently and gently.
