I love zoya and I am a huge fan of their designs. I starter my own journey of buying jewellery and after too many options, I finally found Zoya and I think im literally obsessed with it now. 😄 If you plan to visit south ex, just ask for Kapil. He is there from a very long time and he knows the brand and has very good knowledge. He is super kind and sincere. He will help you take the toughest decisions with the logic of gold rates, diamond quality, benefits, gold rate appreciation etc etc. He is very patient with all his clients. I am very happy with Zoya and their hospitality. A very professional brand.

When I was on vacation in India, I bought two diamond rings from the Zoya store in Mumbai and after a few days I noticed that the rings were a bit loose on my fingers. I went to the Delhi store a couple of weeks later and they shrunk the rings to fit me at no cost, they even paid back the lost gold weight. The service at both stores was really good, I recommend using their services.

First of all I must say I had a tough choice as to which piece I would eventually buy! Each ring design was one-of-a-kind, truly living to it's brand name.
My desire was to buy a ring for my birthday, my husband very sweet gift to me. My first and only thought was ZOYA. I visited the South Extension store in Delhi. The gentleman who assisted me throughout the process was Mr. Jatin Asrani. He was helpful, polite and very patient in showing me all the designs in my price bracket.
The one I chose, had by mistake been given to another customer by their representative who was unaware that it had been kept aside for me. I was slightly disheartened upon hearing this.

To my surprise, the same design was brought to me from their Bangalore store. I was overwhelmed by their efforts. I cannot thank Mr. Jatin, Mr Kapil and Mr. Manvendra Singh enough for all their efforts. Thank you. :)

I’m a regular Zoya customer from the time Zoya opened at GK (now South Ext.) I have always had a fabulous experience, be it the products or the service or simply the exceptional staff. Zoya South Ext has been brilliant! But during this pandemic I needed to buy a earring and right from sending me videos of the products, to sending me a huge range to choose from, to getting the delivery to happen (all without me stepping out of my house)...it was all so seamless! I was actually sceptic this time owing to the situation but Gaurav (Store Manager) as always was exceptional! I was honestly very impressed! Kudos and well done!

Stunning craftsmanship and designs. It’s a real pleasure to see gorgeous Jewelry products . Zoya is the only store in India to house such unique , classy and beautiful Jewelry . Delightful personalized service from Jatin , who goes into all the nitty gritty details you need to know regarding product and customer requirement. Manvendra Pundir who has all answers to my billing queries on his finger tips, and definitely does the quickest billing. Customer s time is valued, truly appreciate that.
