I met with an accident and when i was back from hospital i ordered arm pouch from all india chemist shop vasant kunj. He behaved kind and delivered the product at the given address. However, after a day i called them in morning to exchange it and provide medium size. He has given me several excuses and asked me to visit his shop for exchange along with my injuries. He told me that he will arrange porter for delivery and i was agree to bare extra cost of it. After that call he didn't replied back.

I just want to say please help people who are in need. Dont give excuses what i am in a position today. Next you will be when you genuinely need someone help and you will get excuses only. As exchange or return wont bring money to his pharmacy so just do excuses. Thanks.

The worst place to buy medicines or anything from!! The person sitting at the cash counter is an arrogant and thankless fellow, who treats customers with extreme disrespect. They do not give any discounts on the medicine, while all the other stores do, including the alok D mart right next to it.

Do not buy medicine from them .They sell medicine but. They won't sell you medicine for 1 or 2 days prescription but they will force you to buy the pack of 10 or 12 tablets pack. This is a worst kind of way to sell the products available. Instead of this medical shop but from the one which is adjacent to it, Alok D Mart.

Their staff refuse to wear masks even when requested. So much for being a pharmacy!
