The best center for Physiotherapy that I've come across. Neat and clean, with state of the art facilities. Dr Ajaz and his team are great. I'd gone there for treatment after a meniscus tear in the knee, and I started getting better in 3-4 days itself. Was able to walk without support within a week. The best part was that they genuinely care about each patient and work hard with each patient, giving you proper 1 on 1 time.

I had visited Elite Physiotherapy centre after doing rounds of several doctors and alternate treatment therapy for my Arthritis. Being 46 years old, my joint pains particularly in the knees had crippled my life. I couldn’t walk for long, climb stairs without a constant pain, I thought I would never be able to dance again, go to the hills….do the things I need to, to lead a normal life.
Dr. Ajaz, diagnosis was spot on point. He told me my knees were a symptom of a larger concern… no muscle strength, a complete lack of core strength, improper weight balance resulting in the onslaught of Arthritis. He recommended a full body package to ensure the problem doesn’t reoccur and to guarantee a full recovery.
It took 20 days of daily treatment for the severe swelling on my ankles and knees to diminish. I could dance at my birthday party for 4 hours straight. I didn’t have to plead with my daughters to press my feet for longer. It’s a new form of freedom.
Let’s be realistic, it takes more than 20 sessions, I still need to work on my muscles and core strength but now I can walk, dance and function like a normal person. In a month from now I am planning a trip to the hills with my children.

My name is Ven and I had a very painful elbow tendinitis on the inside (Golfer's elbow) which occurred due to strenuous bodybuilding. Despite seeking treatments from various physiotherapists in Delhi, it just never got better.

When I went to Dr. Ajaz, it had inflamed to the point that it was painful to the touch. He explained to me that tendons don't have much blood flow, so it must be treated using various methods, both with hands as well as with some high-tech machines.

I visited him for more than 10 days, at the end of which there was zero pain. I'm an educated person who doesn't get swayed by false reviews or sweet talk, and I'm happy to recommend Dr. Ajaz to anyone who needs professional physiotherapy.

Super genuine treatment - came for my chronic neck pain last week. Doctor clearly said no medicine is required and strengthening is the only long term solution.

I went through 4 detailed strengthening sessions and was impressed by the peculiarity with which these sessions are done.

Fees and treatment is quite economic. Doctor nicely explains what is wrong with the posture etc and key things to focus on in future.

I have gone through severe backpain twice- around August 2019 I was supposed to travel out of country and thought I might have to cancel my plan as I could not move or bend and even sitting was a nightmare. Came across doctor Ajaz number online and visited him. He fixed my back and said I would be able to travel but with some soreness as he gave me the therapy. And to my surprise I was able to sit in the aircraft and finish my journey. He was constantly in touch with me and was always concerned. I highly recommend him based on his knowledge and warmth.

The second time is yesterday on the 15th October 2020, with a 9 months pregnancy and a severe muscle pull on my back and lower abdomen. Had the worst night as I couldn’t sleep, sit or even stand.
Felt like crying and was desperately looking for relief .
Thought of Dr Ajaz, but wasn’t sure if he could do anything in pregnancy. Once I spoke to him I was reassured.. I went to holding by husbands shoulder with support and sitting in the car was also very difficult.. once he gave me the treatment that was safe in pregnancy I felt much better, 50 percent relief instantly and I was able to sleep and take test.

I've been recovering from an ACL surgery (after a football injury)and both Dr ajaz and dr Shahid have helped me quickly gain both mobility and strength in my knee in a quick duration. They spend close attention during physio session and treat patients more like friends. Best physio center there is. They have 3 centers in delhi NCR so this gives added flexibility even if you have have to travel to Delhi/Gurgaon.
