It's one of the best college within Delhi University, often unnecessarily underrated (not everything is justified under rankings & buildings)

The overall ambience of the place is earthy & humble which makes it lovely and distinct from other colleges.
The chaupaal, Nescafe area, canteen, bamboo rooms, NSR, Library etc. Adds to this humble beauty!

The new block is under construction which would have more modern facilities & classroom for coming batches probably would be there by 2026..

The best part of this institution is the empathetic community of students, staff, stakeholders here
Afterall community is way more important!

Gargi being it's neighbour and LSR just 2km away brings a good student campus vibe here so do participate in inter college events! Fests! Fairs!
( all 3 being girls college adds to that unique experience)

English, Political science, Journalism, Psychology are some of its most popular departments.
And almost every society here is active & engaging from cultural ones to research oriented one to social impact to commerce to quizzing!

You would have the best experience only if you wish to be active here!

Peaceful, soothing and safe environment.
Hygiene Canteen facility with lots of food and beverages options are available at cheapest price.
Library is also available which is Awesome. WiFi facilities are available for the students in Library.
I don't know about much about the other department but Geography Department is best in KNC.
Professors are good,sincere, disciplined,kind and supportive and sometimes also friendly in nature.
Sports and socities are also in KNC.
Other than all this KNC organise/ provides Placement cell too.
Principal ma'am is also Super talented and she encourage and support every students in every field.
And most important thing is there is prohibition of Ragging. No Ragging is happening in the college.

One of the best colleges of DU for women students. Safe environment.

It is a prestigious South Delhi women's
college, English faculty is excellent here. Good thing about this college is its location and bad thing is its infrastructure. However, College has added many new things in its infrastructure but lacking in basic amenities like number of drinking water facilities. Students suffer especially in Summer. Management of Kamala Nehru College should make it at par with Gargi College's infra. Its short form is knc.

I stayed for 2 week then I changed my college but this college was good canteen was nice

Best DU College for Women. Excellent Faculty, three floor library stocked with books, computer labs, huge sports ground, gym, one of the biggest auditorium in the University and varied courses on offer in Social Sciences and Humanities. Go for it

Kamla Nehru College, situated in South Delhi in Siri Fort area is one of the most prestigious colleges of University of Delhi. This college is sought after for its very core academic atmosphere among female students of NCT of Delhi. Located on August Kranti Marg in the heart of South Delhi, surrounded by many posh up market residential colonies, from GK in the East to Green Park in the West.

Serene environment.. kindly remember to deboard at green park metro station and take exit from gate no 2 for sharing autos to both Kamla Nehru and Gargi College.

Kamala Nehru College is good, even best for girls. The professors is brilliant. The best part of KNC is Library and canteen for me.

This is my college, a decent sized campus, parking space available, a field on the other side, with faculty accomodation buildings in connection to the main campus. Capacity of around 2k-3k students.

An excellent college for girls. Besides teaching has fantastic infrastructure for phrsuing extracurricular activities. Marvellous food is another plus.

Institution at a decent location, with perfect faculty members, be a part of it ,and you will love the transformation within you in those three precious years.
