Right place for low back ache, I have been trying to overcome from lower back pain. After consulting so many doctors no one can make clearly answer the exact cause. I had a meniscus tear surgery 4 months back and was really worried about the mobility & bending of my knee but after few physio sessions only I was able to walk and there was very good improvement in my knee bending/mobility.. really very dedicated and efficient doctors..

We had a very good experience with Himalayan physiotherapy clinic as my father was suffering with severe low back pain and it was so severe that he couldn't sit,stand or even lie down on bed. He underwent almost two weeks of physiotherapy in which initially he didn't feel much improvement but after few couple of sessions he stated feeling improvement finally his pain had come down and he started doing basic exercises which dr Kshitij has prescribed and his core strengthening exercises protocol helped him a lot and he is back to normal state.Big thanks to Dr Kshitij Uniyal to help him in his recovery.
