The staff Is very cooperative

I had opened an account 6 month bank in this branch. All the information provided by the associate turned out to be fake. They are given target for number of account to be opened and will go to any extent for their target. During opening I was told that they will chage some amount for debit card and cheque book which they will refund later on which I have not got till date. I called the same employee because I was buying a car and wanted to take out cash. I was told that the bank is out of cash then I asked about dd charges he told me that it's 50 or 60 rupees. Later on when I got the dd made worth 4 lac they deducted 2000 rs from my account for dd charges. I went to the manager complaint and wanted to close my account. She scolded the employee and promised me that money would be refunded. I even filed a written complaint with the bank. It had been 2 months now and have not got any refund. Beware of this branch.

Cashier not available on seat. And no body listen poor service u just wait for an hour

People not cooperative. Lack knowledge. As long as it is like getting account open, they will act promptly. After that no services.

This branch want open an account without local address proof but.. Not change communication address .....

Lousy cashier and branch. Don't want to work. Comes up with flimsy excuses to not pay cash

Worst solution providing by the bank staff including branch head

Atm also available inside the bank.
