Khallari Mata Temple is a wonderful, delightful temple located at a distance of just 25 kilometers from Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh. Where every year during Chaitra and Kunwar Navratri, thousands of devotees reach to see Maa Khallari.

Devotees consider their wishes fulfilled just by seeing Maa Khallari in Khallari Mata Mandir. Peace is established in the mind just by seeing Maa Khallari directly.

Khallari Mata Bhimkhoj is situated in the inaccessible hill of Khallari, to have the darshan of the Mata one has to climb steeply about 850 stairs. Construction of balconies at various places for rest and arrangements for drinking water have been made by the trust here.

A 5 day fair is held here every year on the occasion of Chaitra Purnima. Thousands of people from Chhattisgarh state come here to see this. Khallari Mata Mandir is also important for nature lovers, since it is situated at a very high altitude and one can see very beautiful views from here.

This temple is one of my favourites when I feel an urge to visit Maa and Pray, convey her of what's troubling me or ask her something like a small kid. She's sitting at the centre, welcoming you with open arms when you enter the hall. You walk up to her and bow down, and light up a Diya or Incense. You return with a feeling of deep clarity and calmness. She absorbs your vices and evil, and will always Listen if your heart and your intentions, are clean. One of the cleanest and peaceful Mandirs chhattisgarh . This place is situated on the top of the mountain that comprises 800+ steps to reach maa . This place is located just fews minutes from mahasamund. This place had mor visitors from all over India . This place is one of the mata from the 36 maa that take care of chhattisgarh.

i visited there many times, and never disappoint, they have food store to serve all devotees for free, good and clean look, safe and secure but make sure you're strong enough to climb stairs, take care of elders who are over 60 age, all thing is good when khallari mata is there, don't forget to give some money to baggers because actually they need money, god never wants money.
