I had my grandfather’s bank account in this branch and for some querry I visited the brand and i met the manager shivani gupta over their. She was so rude and arrogant, didn’t have any sense to talk to customer. I had accounts in several private banks but didn’t faced anyone like her.

They chased me for opening up a Bank account with them for months. Every time they drop in at your workplace, give you flowers and click pictures. But when you really call them for the work, they just don’t bother to respond. They just keep passing the responsibility to the next junior. Very unprofessional approach. Don’t even feel like doing business with them anymore.

The branch staff ie relationship mangers makes false promises for opening the accounts and do cheating also with senior citizens to get the out of turn promotions . They have cheated me my wife and my mother who is 85 years old . They frequently change the RM .
Me and my mother transfer 3.5 lac and 3.0 lac by IMPS to my wife account but date has not been credited to her account despite it has been debited from our account immediately . I have reported the matter to-my RMs Mr shivam saxena , Ravi dhiya but no relief till now . Rs 3.5 lac were transferred four days ago . I have report the matter on banks IVR system also four days ago . RMs are replying that they can’t do nothing in this matter . Due to this my wife is incurring heavy losses . I am going to clso my all accounts from this bank

Number one rule of business is serving your customers , I really didnt want to give a really bad review but the way they handled opening my new account and giving me advice was poor and being first time in India and not knowing anything was lost, took more than 2 weeks to open account and after another 4 days to transfer funds abroad. Iv visited the bank several times and over the period was asked more data instead all at once or atleast 2 times, left to wait and asked to come back several times and when the guy whos handling your accoint isnt there then you have to come back again instead of letting someone else at bank handle you, have told that i would come and was not told that bank closed , endless things i could say and im sorry but thats how i felt treated.Most staff need to improve on thr own product knowledge not just asking around someone else all the time. Im OCI card holder so they said needed special permission so im grateful for that, the lady from bank did tell me about needing chartered accountant again grateful for that. Never forget from small to big all clients contribute to your bank survival hence your salary, its not celebrity advertising thats going to keep you afloat but the customers satisfaction and nothing beats mouth to mouth when a customer is happy with your service.

Very bad service received in last 1 week .I need some loan amount on my salary account. From last 5 days customer service mamber not giving proper solution .lastly I decided to switch my salary account to hdfc as they are ready to provide loan amount on my salary account. Also I request customer service to provide my manager number so that I can discuss.

Pathetic service from the IDFC bank employees. Please first provide training to your staff how to talk with customers. Cheap staff.
