SBI south extension part 2 branch is one of the most professional branch. I went there for closure of my home loan account which had some collateral that needed to be closed at a different branch. Instead of making me run around to places the branch manger and her assistance manager Mr. Rajesh Arora took lots of pains and used their resources to get my job done while I sat there sipping the tea that the bank offered.While I was there I observed some more satisfied customer leaving the desk of Mr. Rajesh thankfully. I recommend the branch for all kind of loan services.

Actually it is a crowded branch so if someone visits the branch for some work, must have some time in hand.

Good branch looks well maintained but staff needs improvement on a huge scale

Bank is present on the main road which is advantageous.

A typical government organization... no system seem to be working over here. If the branch aerver goes down, only god help you. Employees are not trained to interact with customers. There is no empathy towards customers. Bank Manager orefers to stay put in his ivory tower oblivious to the mismanagement. Only way yiu may have a good experience is if you're banking on line. A personal visit is sure to disappoint.

Staff of sbi south ex2 is handicapped they r not responding to customer, that's why govt. Sector is going in ICU who is responsible govt. Of India or staff of sbi .

It's like all other public sector banks. It takes time to get your banking work done.
Most frustrating are their atm and cash depositing machines. Half of the time they are either out of service or serves limited banking options especially on Bank Holidays when you need them the most.

Manager was courteous and helpful but follow up action is inadequate on the promises or discussions held or help required.

Worst staff ever. Very rude behaviour while dealing with customers. Not at all interested in solving problems. They just don't listen to their customers. Very bad and disrespectful behaviour with senior citizens. Shame on you people!

Don't open your account in this branch otherwise u will regret for ur decision.
This branch has pathetic customer services.
Employees of this branch completly forgot that bank means a company. Which runs on customers hard earn money.

No official holiday on 5 November but only 3-5 staffs working. We work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) and employees keep on saying to come on other days. Such a waste.
