VG Hospital

Its a late post but I should thank each and everyone who has supported my child( Nephew) were admitted to this hospital on 21st of Feb but before 5 days he has suffered more with his stomach pain we had visited to the hospital which we visit regularly for him but the doctor advised it's a food poison and given pain killer but his temperature level and stomach pain has not recovered at last we took him to VG hospital there we got know his stomach has infected and pus has formed. Due to his illness and plate count decrease they didn't take any risk on him. They took time to settle his pain but unfortunately his plate levels and fever not get reduced but they keep an eye on him 24hrs.Nandhini mam has explained his situation very clearly and very transparent there is no hidden at any time about medicine and price if we have any unused medicine also they have advised to return and we have received amount against that and that moment was quite surprised for us it was not happen at any hospital so far. Later they have helped to arranged unit of blood but still his blood count has not increased and finally they took decision to do Laparoscopy due to 9 years old child they took time and did examined about him in multiple ways and before surgery they had been checked with anesthesia, pediatrician continuously. It means a lot for us because Nandhini mam and Sir would have thought he is one of their family member not only for us they are treating everyone as same. When surgery happened in operation theatre it was screened to us in the monitor it was very transparent.Finally he got recovered now. We thought not possible to take him back to home but after surgery Nandhini Mam smiled and looked at me that moment was speechless.Very genuine and very calm talented doctors are working here. Staffs are very friendly.

Why I took this much time to explained everything means they had been given rebirth to Yeshwanth. Yes, whenever I crossed the hospital I thought its a big hospital and the cost would be very high but I understood that we shouldn't assume anything with appearance. We should think about health and safety. Definitely I had suggested and I will suggest if anyone have illness of anything please don't search any other hospital 1st take time to visit here definitely you will get best result and proper advise.Once again thank a lot Mam and Sir.

We are from Namakkal admitted for gallbladder stones. Doctor is very good and talked nicely.. all staffs took care of us well... Doctor gives more importance to the patients.. I thank the doctor very much... I wish the hospital to achieve greater heights...

Admitted in VG hospital for a left hand twist and hairline fracture. They took wonderful care and the bandages were rolled perfectly on my left hand. I got recovered within 15 days. Thank you team.

It is actually a multi specialty hospital with more than 150 beds. Covid testing and treatment available too. Located in the main way of mettupalayam road near to thudiyalur.

Every thing is good. Supported and obedient staff. Cost effective treatment.

I admitted my father due to fever.
We came to VG Hospital midnight around 12:30am. Due to this pandemic period,
No other hospital has allowed us inside for emergency treatment, but in VG Hospital they admitted my father by seeing his condition and treated my father in a caring manner.
During night when we visited hospital all the staffs and the doctors were polite and treated him immediately without any delay.
Our experience with VG Hospital is good.

We admitted our mother for bone fracture and blood clot in brain. Doctors visited the patient regularly which was caring and good. ICU care was good. Surgery for fracture was done before and after the procedure doctors explained us about the procedure . Premises is neat and clean. One my family member had Gall Bladder operation last week. Dr.Venkatesh is highly qualified in Laproscopic surgeries. Initially I wasn't aware of this hospital then, I have been referred by another medical expert. I was bit hesitant to visit until the time I had appointment because we'll are attracted by corporates and packages. The moment I had discussion with Dr' he made us comfort detailing the procedures on a simple way. Admission held on Saturday evening but my insurance team wasn't available to respond. Hospital kept bills in credit which I don't think any hospital will do. I never intervened the status of the Insurnce but they kept updating me on time. They had expertise of Physiotherapist, Dietician and multiple surgeons regularly visiting to care patients. Billing is very reasonable when compared to other corporate Hospitals. They also offer free consultation for breast cancer which I came to know by reading their posters. Am completely satisfied with their service.

Dr.Thiru.Venkatesh has given the best treatment for my elder daughter, which helped my daughter to recover so quickly from Typhoid and Dengue. His team of Doctors and Staff Nurses have also given excellent treatment.. Especially the Insurance Department Team have extended their fullest cooperation in processing the bills. The Hospital premises was maintained in a very hygienic manner and both hot and cold drinking water facilities are available round a click in the Hospital, and I am Very happy to give my review for VG Hospital and I am giving 5 Stars for them.. Had to stay sometime for a surgery. The doctors were efficient and communicated each and every step along the treatment and helped us to make informed decision. The support staff took good care of our needs. They were prompt and helpful. The infrastructure was good and was easy to access anything that was needed.
