I want to thank this incredible team for their awesome workouts. Mainly because I wanted to focus on getting fit not only on losing weight. Now what awesomeness happened last 1 week is, I am able to do all the workouts they ask me to do without any difficulty for the first 2 sets. This is a huge thing for me, because I used to feel exhausted all day after doing the workouts. But now, I feel energetic throughout the day. I can see I am getting to my goal. I can see change in my energy levels...i have Lower back pain since 5 years..after doing stretches i can feel the flexibility in bending.. weight reduced from 62.8 kgs to 61.9 kg. My tummy muscles toning up.. because of continuous functions could not follow diet but ur workout and frequent walking helped to maintain whatever i achieved in this month

I'm thrilled to share that, as a result of your excellent workout sessions, I lost 3 kg in just one month. Nevertheless, because I am nursing and have a kid who is three months old, I was unable to follow a healthy diet or go for walks.
Working out while caring for a baby who is three months old was difficult, but I persisted, and now I feel optimistic that I will be able to return to my pre-pregnancy weight.
I'm delighted to report that, just from the workout, I was able to lose weight and inches.

I was part of this training from my second trimester onwards. I was impressed with their good knowledge and training and decided to join them in postnatal journey too.

I joined this group after 45days of my postpartum in December 2022. After 1 month of their fitness training, I have lost 2.5kg.

Most days it was very difficult to attend the live sessions as I live in a different time zone and having to manage my 2 month old baby. I was very eager to join the live sessions everyday however after half an hour of joining, my baby would wake up and I'll have to quit the workout. But I would record the session and follow them later in the day. Whenever I cannot follow the workout, I would somehow manage to go out for a walk for at least 1hr. It was very helpful.

But it is only fruitful along with a balanced diet. I enjoyed both the healthy eating and healthy habits alot. It helped keep my spirits high too and stay happy with my little baby and husband. It is not difficult to eat a balanced meal everyday if v r willing to do it for our body and for our baby's good nutrition.

I had followed another weight loss program 2 years back. But this is the one I love more because the team never forced or compelled us for anything, rather kept us motivated. I appreciate how they were always available for any doubts and questions everytime and cleared them calmly. Felt like a sister advising us.🥹💞

My initial weight was 76 kg. My current weight is 66 kg. Totally i have lost 10 kg in 4 months. This is possible only because of your workouts and simple diet plan. Thanks to you and your team. Daily 1hour live session of workout made a big change in my transformation progress. Your one to one concentration during live session and correcting our mistakes were very much helped to do the workout without injuries.
Before joining the program i was very much worried whether the online session is helpful or not. But now i can strongly recommend anyone to join Ravi's cross fit. I am very happy that I have chosen a correct person.

I should thank the team first. It's been a month joined the online class, I've reduced 1 kg in a month. Though the weight reduction is less, I could see more inch losses. I couldn't follow proper diet and walking but still ur exercises help to reduce weight because of my 9mths old baby, wants me near him always. Every day different workouts, no repetitions, I really enjoy doing it. I'm confident that I can come back to my pre pregnancy weight. Feeling happy to be in this journey.

Trainers are very friendly and encouraging,just comfortable with the way they plan the workouts. I’m toning up and I’ve reached my target weight in 3 months time. Extremely happy with the transformation I’ve made through cross fit. Im very focused on sustainable living. So,I’m cool with this workout style they have ,which doesn’t need any electrical equipments and doesn’t consume energy, this is the best part I like about the gym.

And regarding the ambiance, they have tried their best to utilise the available space with greens. Just perfect for the place.

I totally lost 6kgs 74kgs to 68kgs now....my journey started program from October to November with so many breaks in walking and diet. Only thing I followed daily is your workouts really they are amazing with surprising results of one hour workout. Finally I am happy with weightloss because I didn't expect this much of weightloss it's almost been a month after stopping workouts and walking but my body is habituated to limit amount of carbs, more protein and vegetables
So sweet of you and team helped me in postpartum weightloss by posting the pictures of what we eat so that team corrects if anything is wrong

Happy to see this much difference in my weight. I tried alot to bring my weight down but nothing worked. Now I am very very happy that in 2 weeks I lost 2 kgs. This boost me to lose weight more by doing workouts and diet.
I love your class very much team. Each day new workouts so not getting bored. And all muscles are involved during workout. I have almost lost 5 kgs in 1 month. I can see changes in me looking at mirror

I may not be a body transformer but my health has improved a lot. After c sec i had my stitches torn in 10 days itself so doc advised not to do any sort of exercise n all so now after 1.8years i had started to do my work out and routine i can definitely feel tummy reduction and side hips reduced. Weight wise i have reduced only 2kg

Hello everyone, Am Karthika Dhandapani feb 2021 I delivered a boy through C - section and august 2022 I delivered a second boy baby , after 4 months I started a journey with rosy mam and team , now I reduced 6 kgs in 6 weeks . I followed some rules in diet , I never take junk foods and outside foods , completely no sugar , but yes i took two three times outside food , then i started walking after 4 weeks , but strictly I followed 1 hour exercise. My parents supported me a lot in this journey , hope to get my earlier weight in three months .
I saw rosy mam profile in insta and I had joined .
I think I broke the stereo as after 2 operation you never get back to form , you should never do workouts during breast feeding , with two babies you never had time…. My parents helped a lot for time management and If I can achieve this , you too can new mommies
