Our parents recently had the pleasure of staying at Jaipur1727 home stay for a week, and their experience was nothing short of wonderful. This abode provided them with a memorable retreat that exceeded their expectations in every way.

One of the standout features of their stay was undoubtedly the sumptuous home-cooked meals. Every dish served was a culinary masterpiece, crafted with love and care by the gracious hosts. From hearty breakfasts to delectable dinners, each meal was a delightful journey through local flavors and traditional cuisine. My parents couldn't stop raving about the authenticity and freshness of the ingredients used, making every dining experience a highlight of their day.

Safety and security were paramount during their stay, and my parents were thoroughly impressed by the measures taken to ensure their well-being. From meticulous cleanliness protocols to attentive staff members, every aspect of their stay was carefully curated to provide a secure and comfortable environment. As a result, my parents felt completely at ease throughout their time at the home stay, allowing them to truly unwind and enjoy their vacation to the fullest.

The ambiance of the home stay was charming and inviting, with cozy accommodations that provided a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

They returned home with cherished memories and a longing to revisit this enchanting retreat in the near future. If you're seeking a peaceful getaway where you can indulge in home-cooked delights too, look no further than this charming home stay.

My mom & I stayed here in the superior suite for 2 days during our Jaipur visit. It was an amazing experience for both of us. Amidst the peaceful & serene environment of Civil Lanes, this place comes with a beautiful home garden. Each day you'll be woken up by the chirping birds. The caretaker - Alokji, apart from being a good cook, is an amazing conversationalist. The rooms are clean & have a home-like vibe. Would strongly recommend the place to people visiting Jaipur.

Some amazing vibes at this location. Very peaceful. Though they have converted a old bunglow into a homestay with simple interiors still has some different vibes. Garden of the bunglow is home to number of birds.
Location is near from railway station.
Caretaker: Very polite and will guide you properly. He cooks a very good food.
You will not get a typical feeling of a homestay where we chit chat with the owners about the city but the caretaker is there to help you all the time. Overall it a wonderful experiance. I did not had a feeling that I was away from my home.

Can you imagine our relief after a 13 hour motorcycle journey to arrive at this lovely quite location in Jaipur. A nice big room with the first comfy big bed in weeks. The room was clean, hot shower and for me the unique enjoyment of sitting in a nice green garden to enjoy a beer. My wife and I were so pleased to find this serene location and we were welcomed by the house keeper and his wife with chai masala and breakfast in the morning. Plus the owner came over for a nice conversation and advised on what to visit in the area. Everything was wonderful.

Our stay was wonderful, the caretakers of the house are extremely kind and the food is delicious. The owner of the house anaswers fast and is very kind. Also, both the room and the toilet were super clean and water was hot. We stayed 2 nights and everything was just great. Really recommend it. Also, as it is in a residential area, we had no problem with noise.

Your home-away-from-home in Jaipur! Perfect beds, spotless clean and quiet.
The caretaker is quite a character, which adds to the Indian homestay charm. Be prepared to put your foot down now and then though ;-) ("can't" usually means "I don't want to")

Highly recommended!

Stayed at Jaipur 1727 Homestay for 2 nights and totally loved it. From hospitality to location everything is top notch.

It is at a close distance from Railway station as well as the local sight seeing easily accessible.

Being in a residential locality the ambience is very calm. Can hear the birds chirping which is very peaceful.

Our host Mr. Jay was welcoming and warm. And the kids are so cute.

The rooms are great, spacious and have a homely touch with the blue decor.

The garden at the entrance is also very lovely to sit at and have breakfast.

Value for Money, Hospitality and Location.
Would recommend. 😁

Jaipur 1727 Homestay highlighted our stay in this magnificent city.
The location is a great combination of calmness and convenience. City centre as well as the main attractions are easily accessible by taxi.
The house is elegant and clean. In the light blue yard is a light blue car awaiting to be brought back to life. The room has an old-fashioned charm and is impressively spacious with a sleeping room, a sitting room, a reading room and a bathroom. Breakfast (very tasty!) can be served to the room or in the garden.
However, what constitutes the best part of our experience was the hospitality of the people there. We got the date wrong in our reservation, which we didn’t realize until arrival. We were immediately offered a room and the reservation problem was fixed smoothly. The staff, who was friendly and considerate, showed us around and explained everything clearly. The host was very interactive and nice to chat with, providing us with helpful information about sightseeing.
All in all, it was our best stay in India so far. Recommended!

Stayed here along with my mother in March 2022 during my month long Roadtrip of Rajasthan. This homestay is located in a peaceful neighborhood in civil lines area. Ambiance was good, rooms were neat and clean. It's an old property converted into a homestay. Owner Mr Jai Rathore is very informative and helpful and caretaker Alok is also very courteous. Just loved the home cooked food we had there. Parking space available. Overall a very comfortable stay and value for money.
