Best doctor with worst facilities... They dnt have a proper area to sit...parents waiting with their New born babies in corridor is heartbreaking view as there is no fan nor sufficient chairs

One of worst Doctor i have ever seen… Staffs response is too worst…
The visiting time of evening is 5.30 - 7.30…
I visited there around 7.00…
There is no Rush there…
There is only 3 child patients there!!!
But Doctor and staffs telling that im late & the time is over and Do visit us in Meenakshi Hospital at 8 pm…
How can i tolerate my crying child…

There is no proper response when we ask about the doctors arrival. Though they put the time as 5pm, the attendant will say that Dr. will come now. But even after an hour of waiting you will get the same answer. Worst place that to for a child specialist.. how can we keep waiting so long with crying kids without any time lines?? Doctor has to think on it and be punctual or give the right information of arrival to patients. So we can plan to visit other doctor in case of urgency.

I should have given 5 star if the visiting system has regularised... Put token around 8.30am and was able to see the doctor by 3pm. If token system is allowed they should follow instead allowing people in btw. The doctor is also taking good amount of time for each patients.

Very long waiting time. Receptionist has kept our file at the last and kept on pushing us down the queue when new one comes. When I questioned, she has no answer but simply asked us to wait for some more time. Thought she is favouring known people.. We waited for 1 hour and left without meeting the doctor.
