Good picnic spot mostly used for shooting videos and photos. Dresses were available for rent. Beautiful built in valley surrounded by nature having lush greenery near Amar Fort. Location for Bollywood movies having unique trees and fountains along with decorated works.

Three sites with similar names exist side by side. This is Kanak Bagh, Kanak Ghat and Kanak Vrindavan are further up the hill.
Maintained by a private organization, they charge ₹25/person and dont open before 9 A.M and there's a free parking outside.
I had a wonderful time enjoying the Persian Char Bagh garden set with Rajasthani architectural motifs.
Very rare to see the fountains in such wonderful gardens working and here one can actually see how the beauty of the garden existed when it was built for the Royal family.
If you enjoy peace and quiet and just breathe in the fresh air framed by gorgeous architecture then this is the place for you.

This is a very less talked of place. Even our taxi driver was not aware of its location. Sure enough this place has great potential to attract visitors. I feel the need of a lot more shaded places and benches would be nice.
One could hear the recorded sounds of wild animals playing over the hidden speakers... which was probably done to engage kids. However in the afternoon time that we went, we could see more of lovers.

here is also a krishna temple nearby which was closed when we went

Saw a few families had carried their own picnic snacks

Good to visit with friends or family for small picnic plans in cool weather.
Some basic rides for kids are available and Canteen that offers limited food.
1 or 2 hour will be quite enough to spend time on Sundays.
Amber fort and jal mahal are also near to that place.

The garden was built around 280 years ago by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh. The garden is assumed to look similar to the mythological garden where Lord Krishna played during his childhood. This garden and the structure were built for king’s recreational uses. There is also a sacred spot inside the garden where several rivers meet. The water in this region is considered to be holy and a temple was built near it to praise Lord Vishnu.

The 18th-century park is a majestic testament to the artistry of landscape design during that era. The meticulously crafted gardens, adorned with elegant temples and lush trees, transport visitors to a bygone era of refined beauty. The grandeur of the fountains adds a touch of opulence, creating a serene ambiance that invites contemplation.

Wandering through the park feels like stepping into a living painting, with every element harmoniously integrated into the natural surroundings. The careful arrangement of flora and fauna showcases a keen understanding of symmetry and aesthetics, reflecting the prevailing design philosophy of the 18th century.

The temple, a focal point of the garden, stands as an architectural marvel, evoking a sense of reverence and contemplation. Its classical design seamlessly blends with the natural landscape, creating a perfect synergy between human creation and the beauty of the outdoors.

As you stroll along the well-manicured paths, each turn reveals a new vista, a carefully orchestrated scene that captures the essence of a time when gardens were not just spaces but living artworks. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the intricately carved statues to the playful arrangement of fountains that dance to the rhythm of nature.

In the heart of this 18th-century park, time seems to stand still, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the splendor of a carefully preserved historical landscape. It's not just a garden; it's a journey through the aesthetics and ideals of a bygone era, a testament to the enduring allure of classical design.
