Tristar honda service center and showroom are great.
Service is good and staffs are very cooperative and prompt.

I had a very nice experience with Tristar Honda's Service Centre at Malviya Nagar. Very polite and respectful customer service. Prices are also affordable than any other Honda service centre. I own a Honda City and I visit only this service centre every time for car servicing. Nice sitting area, with coffee availability and charging points. One doesn't get tired here waiting for their car.

Service persons are nice. Staff is very good and has proper training that can takle every problem of your car and rectify it as soon as possible. The charging cost is also reasonable and I insist to all please go to certified service centre only as they charge nominal and also provide the best value from anywhere. Kudos to Tristar Honda service team

I has some issue with understanding some functions of car and visited Vipin for the same. He gave his important 1 hour to guide me with my problem during peak service hours.
Overall experience - Overall i would like to rate them 5 star.

Excellent courtesy and professionalism displayed by the Staff. Though I was already late when I reached, he assured me that my work will be definitely done that evening only, even if they have to stay back late. Not only they did the repair urgently but was really impressed by their re-assuring and courteous way of attending me.

Gave my Honda car to Tristar Honda (Malviya Nagar Industrial Area) for body work and paint. Had a very pleasant experience thanks to the personal care and attention rendered by the body shop in charge. Right from start to end he completely managed the entire process right from coordination with the insurance company to carrying out the work upto delivery of the car. Very regularly I used to get updates and pics of the work being carried out on what's app as well as phone calls when necessary. Got my car back in brand new condition much due to the personal touch and attention of Tristar Honda team. They adhere to high levels of efficiency, politeness and professional work standards. Wonderful experience. I went for my Honda City's service & was quite satisfied with the service done. Centre has its own Bodyshop so claim settlement is not an issue. It has accessories sales department. Tristar Honda does outperform its peers. No tension of maintenance at all. Would sure visit again. Thanks to Tristar Honda for taking care of my loving Honda City & for their maintenance counseling.

Went to TRISTAR Honda (PL CARS) for the 1st service of my Amaze Car. It was an overall very nice experience. I was attended by Vipin who assigned my case to his team. They handled my car extremely well and explained everything in a very transparent manner. They were punctual in delivery and stuck to their delivery schedule. Will definitely visit for subsequent service as well. The service center is very centrally located (near the city compared to other Honda workshops). Overall a very nice experience.

It was the best experience so far with HONDA service at Jaipur Workshop. My car meet with an accident, and the staff helped me out at each step starting from the towing of my vehicle to handing it over back to me. The team is very responsive and always available to queries. They used to share the status of my car every day which is very helpful to trace the progress. Tristar Honda workshop is managed by a very experienced service head, Mr. Sandeep Kapoor, who personally takes care of your issues and concerns regarding your car.
The team of service advisors and mechanical staff is quite efficient, courteous and respectful of customer need.
My car, a Honda City is being serviced at this workshop from last three years and I have always felt great after getting the service done for my vehicle from this place.
They have high level of ethics and service standards. As usually done by other service centres, they don't try to fleece just by unnecessarily selling parts and components but focus on exact need and advise you with suggestions that are not imposed on you.

Tristar Honda No doubt the best honda service that one could ask for. Genuinely, me and few of my known had been to other workshops like Pinkcity but was not satisfied at all. Here, at Tristar, the staff was so good in behaviour and understanding that I have had a whole lot of great experience there. I believe the due credit goes to the GM, service advisor and the management too. Already recommend this place to my friends

Nice customer service and knowledgeable technicians available. They assign technician based on availability or you can ask for your choice Technician if you know anyone of them. They offer Call to schedule pickup and drop service with nominal charges. They do body works, regular service and maintenance of Honda vehicles. Vehicle Loans facility available here..Team will assist to finance from Banks and other institutions. Insurance and Road Side assistance cover also provided as per customer needs.

One of the most advanced servicing centres of HONDA in Jaipur. Great facilities. Professional staff. Had an issue of humming noise from the wheels. Service manger Mr. Sandeep Kapoor quickly identified the issue and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. Extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and facilities available at the centre.

Good service and great body shop work. Very fast in processing insurance claims and repairs, denting, painting etc. Leopard Safari is next door so I give my car for service, do the safari, pick up my car, and then drive home. Very convenient location that way.

Great customer service! They were very helpful in answering questions as well as very empathetic in understanding my situation and problems.
Mr Girdhar went above and beyond to help me out. He noticed that I was highly annoyed due to negligence of few staff members in providing service but the way he worked on the case is highly appreciable. I must say he is an asset to the company.

Overall it was a good experience with Bodyshop team of TRISTAR Honda service centre in Jaipur. Staff is courteous and responsive, there was a daily WhatsApp update about the progress. Overall I’m satisfied with the quality of work done.

I had a great experience in Tristar Honda (PL CARS) specially thanks to Mr Harshad who really took care of my car and my personal belongings, which I by mistake left in the vehicle. His team is very honest. They took care of my belongings and returned them back to me that day itself, in spite of lockdown challenges.
