Hello friends my self yogya prakash and i am a sport person .i want to make my career in sports but suddenly one day i was playing tennis just like every day , suddenly my leg slipped and my waist started to have pain when I consult with doctor then I came to know that I have slip disc problem.
So, I shared this thing with my brother.
And he advised me to join my physio clinic.
And I joined here.
When I joined here I could not even walk properly. But after taking one week treatment I am able to walk properly and feeling good and after 2 weeks treatment I got back as usual .so, I really thankful to Dr.Ashutosh Sharma and specially Dr. Bhism sir for my treatment . I was having back pain since three years and there was always a pain whenever I used to sit for longer duration of time. I always got exercise program from various physiotherapist but felt it’s just a program same for standing pain also
Never got relief
Dr.vikram and Dr.Amit Yadav diagnosis is really very good. I got a customised Back Pain program. Now my back pain is completely fine and I could sir for 7 to 8 hours at a stretch. Thanks a lot Dr Vikram and Dr.Amit Yadav for such a wonderful diagnosis and back pain customised program
