Apollo Pharmacy Coimbatore -Ravindranath Tagore Road

I would like to register a strong complaint against this Apollo Pharmacy in my locality, which I frequent, I think they are involved with miscommunicating deliberately, perhaps cheating or not giving full service to 'circle' members

Complaints:
The service person there clearly told me no discount for 'Circle' members 'offline', 'only online discounts'. Plus they were not aware of 'Circle' privileges fully. This annoys me as a 'Circles' member.

The service person always says the available cash back or credits cannot happen for 'server not working', when we seek to claim. This is IMHO pure cheating of 'Circles' customer. Last time, they told me I have only 20 Rs when I had 80 Rs according to the 'Circles' app. Twice before they said server problem and not able to claim any credits ( three months ago)

Service is always slow or not in par like you expect with other Apollo pharmacies

I have a feeling they have no Idea how Apollo 24/7 or Circles works! Which is not fair to 'Circles' user like me.

Please do the needful and take action. I regularly visit this pharmacy for me and my family's medical needs. Expecting good quality service in the near future.
