Nice lake view park in Coimbatore. Best part about the park is evening lights. Looking amazing in the evening. Just seat and feel the fresh air.
Need some maintenance and cleaning, apart from that park was so nice.

It is a good place to spend your evening time. With a large pond, colourful setups can enjoy the view with your belowed ones without paying fees.
It is also a good place for morning/evening walks.

The park is located on the banks of Periyakulam lake. One can reach the park by walk in 5 minutes from Ukkadam bus stand. Perfect time to visit is evening. You can experience the stunning lake view with lights after 6pm. You can take your children and kids here as they would be ecstatic.

Very nice entertainment place....

One of the best places to visit in Coimbatore . This place was undeveloped before but due to smart City plan it's more development and loos stunning and I totally love it . It looks more like pondicherry marina area

Its a beautiful location in Coimbatore to spend evenings with friends or family. The ambience is very nice.

The recent initiatives and developments under the Smart City project has helped to develop the lake. At present it is clean and I hope the government will preserve it and maintain the same. The fun and entertainment activities are a welcome addition. It's a great place to have some fun for kids and also to spend some peaceful time with friends and family. There are some stalls located at the banks of the lake that provide really good food and snacks. The park opens at 4.00 and seems like it is open until 9.00 pm. It's a great place to have some picnic kind of entertainment with family.
It's a pukka picnic area within the city limits of Coimbatore with adequate facilities. The place is dog friendly.
Restrooms are provided and the same is well maintained. There are some good fun activities like swing for kids.

Visited Once...foods are good... better place to spend time together....for treats and playing, this will be good place 🙏

Nice place to breeze the chill and get peace

The Ukkadam-Valankulam Lake is situated between Trichy Road and Sangam Bypass Road. Various types of birds like Purple Moorhen, Little Grebes etc come here regularly. A railway track connecting Coimbatore Junction and Podanur passes over the lake. This lake is a popular place among tourists. The location includes a seating area, a play area for children, a walking path for adults, sidewalks, and stands as a selfie spot/selfie corner in Coimbatore. You can experience the colorful lights which makes the place more beautiful during nighttime. Boating is also available. There are both cycling/peddling boats and motor/speed boats available. There is a lake view map to help you out. They have also constructed cycling paths within the lake. The best time to go is at night, when the weather is pleasant and cool.
