Titile: Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with one of the customer service officers at [federal Bank P N Palayam], and I feel compelled to share my feedback. The behavior exhibited by the officer was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I couldn't find Name of the Officer but on the table designation only is there [Asst Manager (she)]

During my visit to the bank on 12.05.2023, I couldn't encountered Officer's Name, who displayed a lack of empathy and respect towards me as a customer. Their behavior was outright rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I had several inquiries and concerns regarding my account, but instead of assisting me, the officer seemed disinterested and appeared to be in a rush.

Furthermore, officer failed to provide accurate information and gave conflicting answers to my questions. This created confusion and frustration, making the entire experience even more unpleasant.

I believe it is crucial for a bank customer service officer to possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a willingness to assist customers. Unfortunately, officer demonstrated none of these qualities, tarnishing the reputation of the bank and leaving me feeling deeply dissatisfied.

I genuinely hope that the management at Federal Bank takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior exhibited by Officer. It is essential to maintain high standards of customer service to ensure the satisfaction and trust of customers.

My experience with Officer at Federal Bank was disheartening. The bank should strive to rectify such behavior and ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism at all times.

Remember, it's important to stick to the facts and avoid personal attacks or offensive language. By providing a detailed account of the incident, you help others make informed decisions while giving the bank an opportunity to address the issue.
