I am senior citizen and I had been Banking with this Bank for nearly 8 years now, by having Fixed Deposits . I had requested the Bank Manager to allow me Basic Savings Bank Deposit Account (BSBDA) which other Banks are allowing. They were insisting I maintain a minimum Deposit Rs.10,000/- and I had to close all my Accounts with them which they never bothered. Very poor customer care . The Manager does not have time to see a long time customer and the account was closed by a staff.
When they opened the Bank 8 years ago I was one of the first customers and recommended many of my peer groups to invest in this Bank. The last 5 years the service is very very poor and feel happy to get my account closed and end my relationship with this Bank.

Worst of the worst.. Irresponsible and lazy customer service.. To close my savings account they needed 4months time and still it is not closed. I haven't seen such a busy team ever ... Keep it up..

Worst service and staff. Pls avoid opening an account here especially if you are an NRI.

Issues from day 1 and it’s more than 3 months now still issues aren’t resolved. No response to an email for more than 2 weeks even after multiple reminders/chats.

They make so many mistakes while opening an account even it we give proper details. I am waiting to close my account because of this frustration. My bad I have to get a hold of them for that also.

Very Bad services on using their credit card.
I got got a credit card form RBL with tie up of bajaj finserve after converting the payment as EMI every month on month they collecting interest in name as fee & charges. Don't get credit cards from them.
