MI Service Center Bokaro (Qdigi)

Excellent and quick service provided. The location of the shop is a bit tricky and cannot be easily followed using the map, I called the person from the store and they helped me out with the location.

I was surprised by the quick turnaround of the store. They repaired my phone within an hour.

Keeping the current COVID situation in mind they asked each and every person entering the shop to wear a mask.

Overall a great experience.

Dr.Richa Soni is a good doctor in Bokaro.She cares about the patient in friendly nature.There is no doctor like this in Bokaro, but there is a lot of problem in booking the seat. The behavior of the whole staff is dirty.

It was a very bad experience there. We have gone there to repair our phone fingerprint, they told us that they will repair it in 1 to 2 hours and we waited but after 2 hours they told us that they can't repair it because they don't have parts and they told us that they will repair it in 10 to 12 days . And after that we came back because we have no choice after that we call service center after one weak that our phone is ready or not they told us that please take your phone back because we can't repair it we will do this when your fingerprint part will come and we will call you

Wonderful service, staff behaviour is too good, replaced my note 9 pro max, but some staff has less knowledge about problems, , otherwise good service 🙏🙏👍👍👍

But my phone's some small issues not solve.

Lastly my friend is suggested and I m visit this service center he resolved my issue after replacing display.thanks a lot.i m using my note4 is smoothly............
