Passbook printing machine was not working. Told me to visit sector 4 for printing. Guard was lazy and lying down on chair. There were only few customers.

Had to update my mother's account from dormant to active. It took me 3 days just on documentation. Although I had the passbook, the bank employee denied saying that the address is not same as adhaar. They cannot answer on How my passbook was printer without any address proof. And why is it required to just make the account active. Same old mentality of running from one counter to another in this digital age is going on in this branch. Pathetic service.
