Busy branch. But the bank staff is friendly and helpful. I got multiple tasks done within an hour.

Seems that branch officials have no knowledge of banking & customer care. They even can’t help either in opening an account or closing an account, don’t know then how they can help customers. Getting customers/ business just because of name HDFC. For HDFC I am giving 1 star as I have good experience with Bank in other locations.

Avoid at any cost if possible. HDFC maybe pioneer in banking in India and the number 1 private banking solution but this branch and its employees in itself are nightmare to deal with. HDFC was my first bank account so I had sentimental attachment to this but this branch has changed everything for me. Absolute horrible experience in each time I have dealt with this branch and the employees here are pathetic and callous in attitude which is worst I have seen anywhere else (worse than SBI and BSNL).

I am NRI customer and every-time I visited the branch to change my address they took every document and the address was never changed. It was at-least 3-4 times in last couple of years. Last month I asked them to close my account for which I am still waiting. No respect for there customers and not even decency to even offer a chair from which you make all the money. Sadly, Google doesn't allows 0 stars. Pathetic.

Mostly staffs are duffer. Mostly staffs are seating their with half knowledge. I think mostly staffs are coming to office only for timepass. One of the most worst branch in India I ever seen ( if iam not wrong).

Customers services are horrible. Male and female staffs both are almost same, no differences or changes. ill mannered and Pathetic behaviours. Banking management has to rethink for restructuring, if not then they should close this branch.

No means of connecting with the Manager.
Also, when visited branch to open Savings Account, they told that a minimum of INR 21,000 would be required.

I find for opening and salary account its need to wait for approx. 1 month. very bad service. usually its takes 3 days for an account opening but its taking i don't know how much time they will take.

They pass Wrong information.. misguiding the customer they are not able to understand customer requirement waste of time.

I went to close my account and bank staff have took 5 days to close it .

ICICI is better.
