They are the best! They made everything easy for me. I've dealt with dealerships before of different brands but Tata Motors and their sales team were outstanding and made sure we don't go through any hassle. Ajit made the whole process easy and kept us updating on our car and even went to the extent of getting us the best value for our money. Explained all the necessary things and also assured that if we face any problem at any point of time, we can contact him directly as first point of contact. This personalized customer care and utmost dedication is very hard to see this day. The proactiveness of Ajit made us feel like we were not doing anything at all. It was a wonderful experience to deal with AJIT at SAB MOTORS. When you walk into SAB MOTORS Lajpat Showroom, ask for AJIT only. He is an amazing Sales Manager. His senior Manager Mr. Singh is also a helpful person. But Ajit is very professional, he gave us amazing deal, wonderful buying exprience, good knowledge of all features and response to every question was done by him in amazing manner. I may sound biased but try other showrooms of Tata and then meet him. You will see the difference in his excellence when it comes to customer service. Tata NEXON is an amazing Car but Ajit made the buying experince better. Wish him the best for his future.

Got delivery of my Safari from Sab Motors Lajpat Nagar today. Everything from booking to delivery was very smooth and I faced no issues at all. Would specially want to mention about the sales executive handling my booking Mr. Gyanesh who was very professional and did a great job to make sure we become repeat customers of TATA.

Probably the best tata motors showroom in south Delhi. All the employees at Sab motors are very well behaved and professional.
My sales advisor was Lawrence, he is very genuine and honest man with good knowledge about all the tata cars. He gives all the information of the car and helps you in deciding the best variant in your budget and what add ons that can be added to make your car best value for money.

Great showroom and Lawrence is a great sales advisor. The best part is he will always take the call and will always treat you like a special customer every time you are visiting a showroom.

I really wanted to get nexon but the only issue was the waiting period. If there was no waiting period, I would have booked the nexon as car is my immediate need. Nevertheless, great experience and I’ll get my next car from this showroom.
