never book tickets based on reviews online, one of the worst travels

Worst bus service. They took 6 hrs from Mysore to Bangalore for just 150 km journey. They keep roaming around in entire Bangalore City for passanger pickup like a city bus. I won't recommend to travel with them. I boarded bus from Mysore at 6 AM and they dropped me at Hebbal around 12:00 AM while they promised to drop Hebbal at 10 PM. Bus service is not at all satisfactory.
