The gym is too good and plus here is that all the instructors are physio and have thorough knowledge about the same. the whole staff is too supportive and always welcomes u with a smile and listens to ur physical problems patience fully. The machines are all upto date & I'm happy, I have made a wise decision.

From last two months, I've been part of Health Plus, where excellent trainers and welcoming staff make every session enjoyable. I am suffering from Parkinson .since 2019. I wanted to Join Health plus since 2019 but due to pandemic just managed to join Only After Jan 2022.

Since then i am Training under watchful eyes of my mentor, Trainer and Guide Dr. Krupa .
She is awesome . As I said
earlier Also she precisely knows what problem i have and how certain exercise will help me
Basically when i came it was more for my knees than my Parkinson related problems
It was told to me by various Doctors that it may not be possible for me to walk as used to do it previously
I was not able to walk even and at my Wildest dream also i never thought of walking as normally as i do now .
I know that Parkinson is Progressive Disorder but with the Help of HP and Dr Krupa we have managed To Keep it at Almost 2019 level.

Dr. Mohit modh was my chief consultant and suggested me 30 sessions for treatment. I got 75% pain relief and I can do my daily activities without pain.
