I appreciate your input. Hotel has nice house keeping staff and behaviour were also so well (Shivangi Singh & Yogesh Sharma ). They are always on time .

Comfortable room neat and clean well maintained. Front desk staffs are welcoming and helpful. We were well greeted and served us welcome drink at the time of arrival. The checking and check out process are fast. The food are good and tasty.

Lovely business hotel ...fantastic city view ....room are well equipped and hygienic. Highly recommended to friends and family. My stay in the hotel was smooth and pleasing.Reception staffs are very friendly. And housekeeping well maintained the room. Thanks to lovi, Nikita, aman and ausaf.

The hotel staff are wonderful, friendly and courteous.
Spa in the hotel is clean and comfortable. The therapist knows their stuff and are very accommodating. The spa serves home made ginger tea which is comforting to the body and soul.
Hotel breakfast was decent. Special shout out to Kishan ( Chai Masala guy ) and Ashihi from the restaurant ( hope I got his name right ) for their wonderful service and big smiles.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to any business or leisure traveller.

Novotel is the best business hotel in Ahmedabad.The facility provided in hotel is really amazing . The reception process is smoothly handling by the staffs very humble and friendly. 2. Anamika: In the breakfast area, she also served with the genuine smile and happiness.
3. Mita: She has been making sure that our room is clean and with honest hard work with the smile.
Although all team members are great, but above individuals really shine out.

We went there for family dinner and the food was absolutely amazing! The service was great and the fish was just super. Debanja was a great host and head chef ajay was also very welcoming. Will come back for sure.

We had the pleasure of visiting on Valentine's Day, and the restaurant was adorned with exquisite decorations, setting a truly enchanting atmosphere for the evening.

A truly memorable moment occurred when one of our companions, an American guest, inadvertently left his passport behind. Despite the urgency of the situation, the staff exemplified kindness and efficiency, promptly arranging for its delivery to the airport. Such exemplary service only reinforced our decision to make Novotel our go-to choice for future events in Ahmedabad.

Michael hotel in Ahmedabad is very beautiful with scenic view of the city. I stayed in highest 10th floor it was stunning from the top. Frontline staffs really approachable and willingness to help guest is always there. Kudos to the reception team Simran, Rajesh, Bhupendar, lovi and ayaz
