No Parking, no proper response to customers, ICICI seriously needs to up their standards as a bank besides just giving discounts on shopping apps.

Worst services than govt bank
Home loan dept starts working after 11:00 am.
Gave saving account closure form 2 times 20 days back and not yet closed and answered - server down 👎
No sitting arrangement 😕

Terrible service. The branch has no standard for customer service. Had been working with Hiral Pandya, very disappointing service. Branch manager is not present for most days. They had called for my replacement card which isnt delivered to me for more than a month now; a forex card which isnt functional and am already back from the trip for which I needed it. Laughable service. And I am a wealth customer, cant even imagine what would they provide if I wasnt using this as a primary account. Moving money to another bank asap.

Worst experience ever.
Visited four brach and they asked me to visit this. Waited one hour to submit the closing request.
The person suppose to do the work was on lunch break for more than an hour, while he was on break other staff member didn’t care to look after us. I raised this brach manager and he didn’t even care about it. It was so bad that i have decided to close ICICI accounts of all my family members. I was thinking about using NRI account services from ICICI - silly me , not anymore.

So well I am a ex-employee of icici bank...and I want to give zero star but there is no any option for zero rating. Bank is nice but that branch have most worst employees....they don't know how to give reply...they shouting at you... Please don't buy any product from that branch. Services of ICICI Bank is pretty good but staff of ashram road is worst... That medam who provide customers service that dumb lady don't know how to talk with employees. And if you buy any product from there I am give 100% guruntee that you don't get proper services...

Very bad branch...i am NRI and by account is dorment because of no transaction. It has been 3 months after submitting the required documents and still my account is not activated. i have stopped transfering money to this bank. As soon as my account gets active..i will close the Account in this bank.

Pathetic experience at this branch. There's no Parking facility available and I had to pay fine of Rupees 350 because of that.

Be careful when you visit at this branch. I'd like to recommend visit this branch with two persons so that one person can be seated to take care of your vehicle.

I had wrost experience in this branch. No one was there to answer me even though I couldn't get the proper answer from branch manager. I don't understand whoise gave them a job. Distinguishing

There is no parking at all. I too faced a fine of 300 for a 5 mins enquiry. This branch should be transferred to somewhere else where adequate parking available. Thanks.

No one answering in this branch of icici ,since 3 to 4 month i visit this branch for passbook but they denied always and give another date . This is not acceptable at all please dont visit this branch

Third class service, today 7 days done and till now they are not able to open my salary account in this bank , very very bad third class service
