Holiday Inn New Delhi Int'L Airport, an IHG Hotel

Perfect hotel for the American traveler to Delhi. We are treated to amazing service from the moment we arrived. The staff is friendly and kept our luggage and arranged for car and driver to show us tourist sites before we checked in. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a large selection. The gym has treadmill, elliptical and weight machines. The gym locker rooms have showers, sauna and steam room. We also visited the spa and had a high quality luxury couples massage. This location is close to Worldmark with fast casual restaurants as well as close to metro station. You will feel comfortable and well taken care of as a guest here!

No issues, clean rooms, great service at the desk for transport to and from the airport. Staff very welcoming and friendly, good selection at the breakfast. Loads of staff to look after all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay when waiting on a flight. Rooms were very clean and tidy, floor supervisor on the 3rd floor asked about the room and were we happy.

By far the best stay during our trip to India. World class service and team is is working on a uniformity and you get help straight away.
You ask for something it gets delivered within 5 min without fail everytime.

The staff was so helpful! They assisted us with everything and helped arrange courier for our packages and held our bags. The staff also made special meals for our guest who had dietary restrictions. Def stay here for staying near the airport.

The booking experience with Dhirendra Kumar was efficient and smooth. The room was really comfortable and very well appointed and the staff were helpful and polite for all my requests and questions. The proximity to the airport is great and I will certainly return when I pass through Delhi again.

We came after 10 years and stayed here.,,,,,, not only the stay is pleasant but the food and hospitality is amazing. Saurav is one of the servers and he helped us a lot with my son being sick and getting him light food! Chef Sundar was amazing… he made us a chocolate pastry last minute for my anniversary. He also make sure the we liked it and food was good …..Overall the staff were amazing and very welcoming and Indian hospitality in a different level:)

Great service and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Krishna at reception was charming and very helpful. Finnie from housekeeping does a wonderful job with the rooms. My family and I loved our experience. The bedrooms were clean and tidy, and the food was fresh and delicious. However the best part by far is the customer service. The people here were very friendly and genuinely treated us with the utmost respect. I got carried away talking to Aakash and Sanjeev in a nice conversation. And the best part of our stay was the surprise birthday gift they gave my wife. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel enough, truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

highly convenient location. we checked in at 4 am after a late-night flight and received excellent service from the staff despite the late timing. the buffet had a lot of variety and the food was great overall! appreciate the service from our waiter Abhay who was very friendly, and the chef Sunder who invited us to share our feedback.
