When I read their pamphlet the new concept appealed to me so I gave them a try. Pick up and drop services r almost a normal thing for any service these days. In laundry services, post-wash packing is also standardised now. What I was looking for was obviously the quality of wash since they were claiming a new technology used in washing. For the first few times I used the pick and drop facility and was more than satisfied. Later, when I decided to visit them, I was surprised to see them performing the laundry function right there! This level of transparency was something new for me. On asking just once, they gave me a quick roundup of the imported machines and even their workflow. Also, unlike others their focus was on laundry services (although dry cleaning is also done). They told me how most other dry cleaners only claim to do dry cleaning while actually only doing laundry. I have to say that I was rather blown away by their level of professionalism of washing and serving. I am not a technical person but a mere 15 minute stay at the shop taught me a lot abt washing clothes :)
Since they save me time and do a better job at cleaning and ironing, I plan to continue to use their services for now. However, if they ever slip in their services, I will not wait before changing my review. But so far, so good!
