VetSERV Diagnostics

My experience with this lab has been quite good. They are very responsive, use the most advanced techniques like PCR for diagnosis and in my experience they make an effort to correlate disease with lab findings and urge our vet to go beyond conventional thinking. Our pet had a persistent cough for many years and despite repeated treatments and visits to vets, this was unresolved. Since regular blood tests came normal, the lab suggested to go in for heartworm PCR test. Apparently, they are the only lab in India offering this test. In India, Heartworm has not been so common so our vet did not see this as a possibility- but the lab told us that over the years, it has seen more positive dogs than before. Our dog was found to be heartworm positive based on PCR and finally has been put under proper heartworm treatment – which is quite lengthy. Apparently, heartworm takes years to get to a stage where it causes symptoms. We are very happy that at least there is now an Indian lab which is offering International level testing for Indian pets. I would wholeheartedly refer VetSERV to anyone who takes an active interest in pet parenting.

It's a really good place to take your pets. The staff is very helpful and understanding. Things are managed in a systematic way. The reports were also delivered in time.

It was a great experience with the lab.... very supportive team and accurate results which helped the doc to treat my dog effectively. The service level is prompt and speedy...
