I used Floraindia last year and the experience was excellent. This is the second time I have ordered a cake and flower online for my sister’s marriage anniversary. They loved it. The cake was delicious and the flowers were so fresh, nicely arranged. Delivery was on time. I am highly satisfied with the service. Their tracking system is so accurate. Most importantly, I can trust this site and will recommend it to my friends in the US who want to send gifts online.

I have been sending gifts and flowers via Floraindia for last few years. Their products are guaranteed excellent. Delivery is on time and they never failed me. Recently I ordered assorted Mithai and dry fruits and flowers for a 60th birthday. The recipient were amazed at the taste of the sweets, dry fruits and the beautiful roses. Instead of red roses, it was pink but still they were beautiful. No complaints. The prices are affordable and the communication is excellent. They even delivered to remote places for a small extra charge.

Last week on Sept.23, 2022 I needed to send Sympathy flowers and needed white flowers but I ordered red and yellow roses and team called ask me about the order and then they change it to white roses. Excellent service, I was a little hesitant as i was using for the first time from Sweden ordering flowers and chocolates to be delivered in India. Frankly i didnt expect the kind of service.

Within a couple of hours the flowers and chocolates were delivered. The customer service chat support is great.

Very Fast & Far Better Than Ferns & Petals. Their chat support is awesome and they delivered the flowers before the time as I was expecting.
Even on Rose Day they managed to deliver Roses quickly.
