As we sit down to reflect on the incredible journey that unfolded, we find ourselves overwhelmed with gratitude, not only for the breathtaking landscapes of Australia but also for the incredible soul who made it all possible—Immigration Officer Ritika (Position Number: 60167240).

Ritika, you are the unsung hero behind the scenes, the guardian angel of dreams, and the key to unlocking the doors to new adventures. Your approval of our tourist visa application became the catalyst for a chapter in our lives that will forever be etched in our hearts.

Australia, with its diverse beauty, became the canvas for our dreams. The year began with a crescendo of colors and emotions as we stood witness to the world-famous New Year's Eve fireworks at Sydney Harbour. The vibrant explosions mirrored the joy in our hearts, marking the commencement of a journey filled with awe and wonder.

The Great Barrier Reef, a marvel beneath the waves, beckoned us into its embrace. The kaleidoscope of colors beneath the surface left us breathless, a testament to the delicate beauty that thrives in the depths of the ocean. It was a privilege to be guests in this underwater kingdom, and we marveled at the richness of life that surrounded us.

Surfer's Paradise became our haven, a place where the rhythm of the waves mirrored the beat of our hearts. The golden sands, the sun-kissed skies, and the thrill of riding the waves forged memories that will forever linger in our souls. In the lively streets and the warm embrace of the surf, we discovered the true essence of the Australian spirit.

And then there was skydiving, a leap of faith that mirrored the trust we placed in you, Ritika, when we submitted our visa application. The rush of wind, the panoramic views, and the feeling of utter freedom encapsulated the spirit of adventure that Australia embodies.

Ritika, you are more than just a name and a position number; you are the architect of dreams, the conductor of joy, and the unsung hero in our story. Your meticulous work and compassionate approach have not only granted us access to this incredible land but have transformed a simple journey into a symphony of emotions and experiences.

With heartfelt appreciation,
Shrey

I applied for an online australian visa - Visitor (subclass 600), business stream on 28th April 2023 to attend a conference in July 2023. And after nearly 21 days, i was granted a multiple entry visa for 3 years.

Online application process was easy to navigate and straight forward. I submitted the exact documents which were asked for and did not submit any extra documents. I didnt even submit a cover letter and travel insurance as it was not one of the required documents for submission.

But make sure you are thorough with that they asked for while you fill the online application through the australian immigration website. It looks like you dont need to unnecessarily attach documents, except those that are asked for.

The response from The Australian Consular section in New Delhi was was not just efficient, but also professional, courteous and prompt when it came to actually providing a solution. Thanks to Susan’s efforts and follow-up calls, my passport will hopefully be renewed in time for my international travel and I am confident that this will eventuate. Thank you once again for all your support.

I am extremely grateful for the efficient and timely visa processing provided by the High Commission of Australia in New Delhi. I applied for an Australian visitor visa twice, and on my recent application with my wife, I received approval within 10 days. The High Commission has significantly improved its processing times since my first application (in 2019), which took 34 days to grant the visa. I am impressed with the level of service provided and the steps taken to expedite the process.

Australia is a wonderful country for tourism and definitely worth visiting. Its diverse landscapes, vibrant cities, and friendly locals make it a truly unique and memorable travel destination. I am glad that the High Commission of Australia in New Delhi has made the visa application process a hassle-free experience and helped me fulfill my travel dreams.

Overall, I highly recommend the High Commission of Australia in New Delhi to anyone interested in visiting Australia from India. Thank you for your efficient and timely processing of my visa applications.

Excellent service by the high commission folks. I am an Australian permanent resident and my wife lodged her fast track visitor visa on Monday with VFS (24/04/2017) . Tuesday was a holiday due to Anzac day and she got a verification call on Wednesday (26/04/2017) noon for 30 seconds from New Delhi and post the call the grant was available in her email. Less than 24 hours. Still can't believe it.. I guess people cribbing should check their documentation provided. We gave everything possible from my end and wife's end. The more documents your provide, the faster the grant is.

I applied for transit visa for my parents and got it within a week. Since my parents were suppose to return after 6 months via Australia. They saved both of our time by granting multiple entry visa, so I don't have to apply for the same. Excellent work.

Hello Friends, I had applied my tourist visa online via immiaccount on 17th of November 2017, but i was in a impression that my processing took more than 50days, but today i got a call from AHC for verification, they told me we are trying to reach you over the call on december 8th & 28th, but unfortunately i did not notice it was call from AHC New Delhi. Today after the verification got the visa grant notice in 2 hours.

For those who have applied visa took processing long this may be the reason. You will get the verification call from AHC. Once after successful verification visa will be granted.

My Travel date is on 5th of March 2018. happy that got the visa 2 months in advance.

Excellent job done by the staff, very punctual and sensible while dealing with Visa applications. It's the real intention of the applicants which these immigration officers are able to check and come to conclusion for allowing or rejecting Visa applications. Keep it up.

My visa was granted today and I'm thankful tp the High Commission for making my dream come true of studying abroad. However, it took 72 days to make the decision aa my file was lodged on 9th May and today i.e. 19th July, decision was made . So, peeps make sure you lodge your file well in advance so as to give the Embassy sufficient time for your file.

I had my passport stolen on a Sunday from my hotel room in Panipat, some 100km north of New Delhi. I arrived at the Australian High Commission the following Tuesday afternoon with a Police report. By Thursday afternoon I had an Emergency Passport properly stamped with an Indian Government exit visa. I was therefore able to catch my scheduled flight back to Australia on the Friday. This was possible only through the exceptional assistance given by the Consular Section - especially by staff member S.J..

WOW! I stumbled across the website, and discovered all the unhappy, rejected Visa applicants. Well this is a great measure of the FANTASTIC job our Australian Government is doing for its citizens.

There are enough happy applicants on this list of reviews to assure me that protocols and "objective discrimination " are being applied well. Do people truly expect that EVERYONE who applies should be allowed here? Take a look around what a typical INDIAN Citizen is leaving. Then honestly accept you are wanting to leave because of the better lifestyle and opportunities that Australia promises.

Then realise that if EVERYONE was accepted, Australia would become what you are trying to escape!

I count MANY Indian nationals as friends and business colleagues. And from them I learn about aspects of Indian Culture that Australia would be best served NOT to inherit.

One example is the extraordinary step your PM Mr Modi took in Nov 2016 when his Government declared ALL 500 & 1000Rs notes null and worthless. What a BRILLIANT move to render the proceeds of the Tax Avoiding Black Economy worthless!

Tax avoidance is a national sport in India. If it was an Olympic sport, India would surely win the Silver medal behind Greece. And for this achievement look at the economic basket case Greece is. Does ANYONE really wish to live in a dysfunctional Western Democratic society?

So my Indian friends, be thankful that your pasts are investigated and checked before heading over here. We welcome ALL those who wish to contribute, and be part of our great country. I hope Australia keeps out all those it deems will attempt to avoid our society's obligations. Try getting into and becoming a Citizen of Japan, Qatar, China, Switzerland, Bhutan, UAE. Then you will truly understand how inclusive Australia really is.
