Excellent guidance , polite and friendly nature.i was suffering from extreme post operation pain in knee due to meniscus tear even after 2 months of surgery.i was unable to walk without limping due to sharp pain while walking , using stairs .Consulted Dr nitish ,got 10 sessions of PT, now feeling great improvement in pain. I underwent a treatment under Dr Nitish for 8 days after I complained of severe pain on the upper shoulder on both sides and also in between the shoulder blades, recently. For me, Dr Nitish was my only resort when a trained physiotherapist in Noida failed to diagnose the source of my pain even after 5 sessions. I live in Noida and I travelled to Kalkaji for the treatment at Dr Nitish's clinic because I knew that he would offer me the right treatment. My pain has subsided by 90 per cent, and now I am following his exercise chart at home. The best part of Dr Nitish is:

1) His diagnosis is flawless and he is quick to know the source of the problem.
2) He would never linger on the treatment because he wants the patient to keep visiting him. Some days, his sessions have been one-hour long when he realised that I needed more manual mobilisation than usual besides the electrotherapy etc.
3) He is a thorough professional -- he will never waste the patient's time with experiments. He knows his job very well.
4) He is extremely advanced in his treatment. He used cupping therapy for areas with severe pain which was very helpful.
I had consulted him even earlier once in 2015-16- and he was excellent in diagnosis and treatment just like this time.

My first experience with Dr Nitish was in 2013 when I consulted him to treat my father, a stroke survivor. Besides his routine treatment to my father, Dr Nitish instilled a sense of confidence in my father and encouraged him to be out more often and walk without stick, and also climb stairs. Dr Nitish even came to do my father's physiotherapy sessions when he was admitted in AIIMS for implantation of his pacemaker. Such was his dedication.

It was excellent treatment on physio therapy by Dr Nitish. Whatever time he gives to a session is absolutely great and effective. I got better in one complete package of 5 days session as had a backache sprain.

Visited the physio centre for my back and shoulder ache. Dr. Nitish identified the cause immediately and started the therapy. I received an instant relief right after the initial 2 sessions with him. Each session lasted for about 45 to 60 minutes. His fee is nominal and I even received a discount on signing up for a small 5 session pack. Overall I would recommend their physiotherapy clinic and rehabilitation services to anybody with back ache and shoulder joint problem.

My father had stroke . He was not able to sit and stand without support. We come to know abot Dr nitish from my family frnd . He started giving treatment at home.after two and half month trateatment my father now able to walk. He is doing all daily work without support. We r very thankful to dr nitish. So many paient i saw but my father is improved very much. Even our neurologist very much satisfied. We have referd him in our neighbour also.

Dr Nitish is a very soft spoken and considerate person. I went to him for upper back pain and later for my left leg which was bothering me for weeks. He patiently listened to me, diagnosed the problem and treated me accordingly. After a couple of 45 min long physiotherapy sittings, I started to feel better and in no time I was completely treated. He asked me to carry on with some exercise in order to avoid facing the same issue. He is certainly the best physiotherapist in south delhi Kalkaji and East of Kailash. I recommend him if you really want to get treated by someone with years of experience and low consultation fee. I suppose he also offer Home Visits too. I never tried that though.
