Yes Boss By Backpackers Heaven

Our recent stay at Backpackers Heaven was our first stay in India. It was an ideal first place to accustom ourselves to India. Right in the centre of Delhi, the hostel was well-placed for those who seek the crazy and fast-paced nature of India. The dormitory room was ok but perhaps could do with more room or fewer beds in the room. This was the only downside.
The staff were fantastic - big shout out to Abdul who helped us with booking and planning our trip around Rajasthan! The process was simple and our time on the trip was amazing. It certainly helped us to accustom and throw ourselves into India so that we are now ready to travel the rest of the country by ourselves. Nonetheless, Abdul still gives us tips and recommendations even after our stay at Backpackers Heaven.

My friend and I had a stay of three nights here. We arrived at midnight on the Airport and the driver picked us up. He waited three hours because we lost some laguage. Abdul the owner supported us a lot...did the calls with the Airport for us. We booked a street tour with Danish. That was an great experience. Danish is kind and always caring. We had a great time on our tour. Our stay in India was only for two weeks. Abdul organized all days left for us. He Is also kind and caring a lot. Because of the guys we had a very safe travel in India.
The .hostel is simpl, clean and the beds are comfortable. They don't offer breakfast but Abdul can order everything or they recommend good places for food. Abdul and Danish made our stay very safe and we had a lot of fun.

Abdul make me travel plans for 3 weeks in India. He book trains, hotels and activities like camel safari and boat tour. Abdul WhatsApp me if I have questions. Satisfied I am with his service and manner.

Sanjay was my driver from a week. He’s a very nice man, a honest man and a family man more importantly. He take me to and from hotel and activities. He give me water everyday before we start journey and he’s always on time. He bought me bananas when I wasn’t feeling good. He also is a great driver, I feel very satisfied when in car with him, your in good palms with Sanjay. If you want driver to take your around Rajasthan I recommend you book with Sanjay! He’s very knowledgeable of places and history.

Brilliant place to stay if just arriving to India or Dehli, very knowledgeable staff who can help you plan your route while not making you feel pressured to book anything with them. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling or needing a place to stay!

We visited here as our first stop. Abdul helped us with our trains and he helped us avoid scammers. The location is perfect for trains.
They also have a travel desk for travel quotes.

Good accommodation for family as well as solo travellers at paharganj...just 500 mtrs away from newdelhi railway station...I stayed here this month 2 times...8th feb to 9th feb and 18th to 19th feb 2024.bathrooms are little small but clean and tidy...hot water is available..and Good eateries and restaurants around...overall a very good experience 👌👌👍

We stayed only for one night, we had a private double room, the room was clean, spacious and quiet, the place has an awesome rooftop where you can enjoy the view of the whole area, the staff is nice and helpful, you really feel like it home here. 10/10

Location right in the thick of Delhi.
Building is tucked away and quiet , rooms are clean , air con cool
The owners are very helpful and accommodating.
I recommend using their taxi service if coming from the airport to avoid being scammed.

Nice hostel, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Think some of the other reviews were a little harsh. It's a good location and private rooms were cheap. Only downside is it isn't social at all but if you're a couple or just content exploring on your own it's a nice place to stay.

Perfect service. In central location near Delhi station, but inside an alley so it's quiet

I stayed I Yesboss for few days and really happy about their service and support. Its located very close to the railways and city centre. The staff was very friendly and accommodative for all my requests. They even booked me railway tickets and helped me with logistics. Highly recommend for visitors looking for affordable accommodation in Delhi.

Just a little bit hard to find this place for the first time because it's in a narrow lane inside a gali.

Rooms are nice, neat and clean. Although rooms are small but has window for some light. Rooms can be bit noisy but overall it's good

I stayed 4 nights. It was wonderful. The rooms were clean and quiet, reception super helpful, great location (10 minutes from the metro, plenty of food and shopping nearby), and it wasn't crowded. I was in the 4 bed dorm and it was never full.

The rooms are basic and a little run down. There is a window only to the inside of the building so it's a little dark during the days and a little light during the nights. But all that is OK for the price. What was really excellent was the service and the kindness of the staff. During our stay they did everything to make us feel comfortable. When we arrived at NDRS we were a little bit lost and pushed arround by a lot of touts and scammers. We called the owner and he came personally to pick us up and bring us to the hotel. Free of charge. Raj is a very hospitle guy and we thank him very much.

I think its the best decision to choose Yes boss. Paharganj is quite crowdy and you can find many stays there. And about yes boss, clean and they provide a calm atmosphere. Worth a stay.
