Well yes ,they take a lot of time to get your work done,at first i came for debit card,mobile no. Change and for KYC at 30 december 2021 ,debit card and other pendings not get issued till 31 january 2022,again the debit card and others not issued till today 09 March 2022.I talked to the staff and every staff member told me to go here and there, but at last i got my debit card by hand directly due to the new rules of hand to hand debit card,a staff member's system stopped working for a time but soon that system got done.Overall a average experience for me.
Not the worst but not the best,will share pictures of bank soon......

Every time any problem in this branch for passbook update... If you request please update my passbook as soon as possible then every time staff saying *Staff ni h chhutti par hai m kar raha hu apna kam aur ye kam bhi*
I don't know same treat customer in other BOI branch or not...But this Branch is not good...

At First Do Not Step Inside Bank At Lunch Time You Will Be Kick
Out Till 2.30 PM After Rude Staff Force You To Remove Your Mask Again And Again During Coronavirus Pandemic Who Will Be Responsible If You Made Any Mistake For Withdrawa Çash. Bank Staff Seem Waiting For Your Death Certificate During Lockdown Period No Transaction in Bank May Your Account Will Be Dormat Account Automatically By Branch Staff. Finance Ministry Should Take Strict Action Against Branch of Bank of India Pahar Ganj.
