Fortune Park, Dalhousie - Member ITC's hotel group

We were surprise to find this hotel like little hidden gem. Great hotel.with wonderful location. Great service and nice 2 day stop here. We did trip around arwa from this base. Customer service Great. Breakfast was excellent. We eat dinner two nights here with our stay. Food was excellent we had great time here. I recommend this hotel for great experience.

We stayed In this hotel for 3 days..The stay was amazing and luxurious...All the Amenities were Good..The food and the evening hitea was amazing and delicious..The staff and all the members working here are polite,helpful and very kind..The spa and the gymnasium was amazing...The restraunt staff was amazing and polite.. Grab and go Stuffs are amazing...The Front Desk People are Polite,Helpful and very kind hearted people..

This is the best property to stay in Dalhousie! ITC Legacy is upto the mark. Each and everything being taken care of so nicely. I had a wonderful experience over here which includes preparing dishes on request and extending the best the could do anytime throughout the day. Property ambience is loverly, picturesque! Vibes are so cool and few in house activities throughout the day. Buffet spread makes itw way to standard of any 5 star (though this is 4 star propery). Staff are really so kind and caring. Mr. Mohit(both), Ms. Deeksha, Chef and whole staff of Room service to reception to dining were cooperative, kind and highly professional with great human touch..

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Deepa organised family games at evening and it was very entertaining. Restaurant staff is very courteous and accommodating. Location is lovely.

Loved it. Start to finish - one of our most memorable stays. Perfectly spent birthday weekend. Initially, faced a challenge with a room mix up. But the staff there more than made up for that glitch starting with an upgrade to a Suite (video attached) with a mesmerizing view of the Kailash Parbat with Hanumanji. Buffet was decent, ala carte was better. Service was amazing and they kept wowing us every single time, each staff member putting in that extra care to make our stay most comfortable. The location was perfect, the peace in the air and the view relaxed us. Didn't feel like coming back.

New property with fantastic views. The service levels are commensurate with the brand. The restaurant is good and Nikhil and Deepika were particularly helpful in the restaurant.
It's slightly off the regular tourist path and hence could be good or bad depending on your objective. About 15 minutes from Gandhi Chowk.

We had a pleasant stay at the property. Its clean beautiful and the location is superb! Service provided by the staff was very warm and hospitable. Special thanks to the Zodiac restaurant team Abhishek, Atishay, Vikas, Nikhil and Mohit.

This is the best property to stay in Dalhousie specially during snowfall.staff is very cooperative specially thanks to Deepika thakur,so overall all things are very nice

A blissful experience! A huge thanks to all the F&B team - you guys are polite and always smiling with a open heart to serve. Deepika at the front desk,Mandeep-housekeeping deserve a special mention. Anand- our guide for the evening nature walk was energetic and cautious. He's guided us to one of the best treks and I would say it was better than khajjiar !
Would 10/10 recommend the place for a happy stay.

Absolutely beautiful property, gorgeous view from room and restaurant. Meals were also delicious including breakfast and dinner.

What an experience amidst untouched mountains. Service at the coffee / bar was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern. However there is a stinking swerage stink outside the pool balcony !

Our experience was very good and peaceful. Service was very good. We really enjoyed our vacation. Ravan Dahan was very good. Staff was very good and friendly.

The stay at the hotel was amazing with mesmerizing experience. Mr. Arvind Bhardwaj, Front Office Manager has his own way of serving fabulous hospitality. I wish to thank him for all his support during our stay. Food was amazing and I wish to thank Executive Chef to have trained his team well. The pool and spa is also very nice and entire staff is quite professional. Much recommended.

I stayed along with my family for 5 days in Fortune Park, Dalhousie. We had a wonderful homely experience. The staff are absolutely hospitable and courteous attending to your every need. The staff were always smiling and served us well. The property is well maintained and at a wonderful location. We stayed in the Devdar suite which had a scenic view of the mountains. The children had a wonderful time here. The food served was tasty and delightful. It's an ideal place to break away from the monotonous city life. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday and unwind or looking for a calm place to work from, don't look further. Fortune Park is the place for you.
