He promised guarantee for one year before sales. But actually no guarantee for furnitures is given in bills. Poor after sales service Shop Owners responsibility ends once full payment is done. Bad experience

Very poor purchase experience with this store! The store owner kamlesh gave false promise about 1 year warranty (he said within 1 year if any problem is faced we will repair it free of cost). I trusted his verbal claims and now he is charging for faulty handle replacement with in 1 year of purchase.

Very poor service from Mr..Kumresh Singh, I had a broken lock on my dressing table, I requested for 3 days and almost begged to send someone for service but very poor response and not even bothered to give service. Final got the service done from Urban Company. This incident is 3 days back 11th September'23

🤬 They want to sell anything with many promises but once payment is done get ready for nightmare. 😰😰😰

Also they have idiotic excuse for every mistake, I bought furniture before 6 months... Still waiting for after service. 🧐

1. Delivery was delayed - but that's okay, in the times of pandemic.
2. However, they gave us a refurbished bed instead of a new one. The rust on the frame is visible clearly.
3. Side support legs are misaligned in height.
4. I won't trust them in future.

If you want to get cheated, pay more for low quality product and struggle to contact the seller after buying anything, please visit the store.
The seller uses poor material in making products, I brought a bed, just after 7 months, while I was sleeping on the bed it broke down. Hurt my hands. Beds aren't supposed to break that soon.
I called him to send someone to repair, he didn't.
He never picks up the call, makes false commitments.
Horrible experience. I agree with other negative reviews.

I ordered a double bed in teak wood and a side table. Was promised delievery in a week. The delievery was delayed by over a month the owner is a liar and master of rebuttals.the product was only plywood and no teak was there. The quality is also sub standard. Not at all to be trusted . After sales service is zero. The side table has not been delivered even after a 1.5 month. A big NO for purchase from this shop.
