Sam' cafe

Great place on the National Highway. We were coming back from our David Scott Trail trek and were dead tired and hungry. The items are amazing & yet so cheap. The momos, soup and the smoked dried pork made in bamboo shoot served with rice & salad as well as the chicken Kylla served with rice, salad & veggies is definitely recommended.

We stopped at this place for breakfast on our return from Mawphanlur. It's a sudden visit and really surprised us with it's food quality, service and presentation. We ordered Chicken Manchow soup, Chicken Grilled Sandwich (the french fries were also best and really crispy), chicken dumplings and cheese mushroom omelette. ❤❤

One thing I like about this Cafe is that their menu has variation and has unique dishes compare to other cafes in Shillong ..And offcourse the food taste delicious..

The restaurant is well decorated, near the Highway, there is no dedicated Parking Space but the Road is big enough to park the cars near the restaurant.

Food is awesome. We had soups and burger. But it takes time as they make it fresh. If you are in a hurry, better to ask the staff for items available immediately.

Very friendly staff & service. Loved the Dinner & also that cute playful kitten, which made my Day. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you guys. Will visit soon. 🥰

I am assuming this is the same Sam's Cafe 'The Hut' we stopped by for breakfast today.
We were travelling back from Mawlyngbna and this was the first place we found that had something vegetarian.
We had a veg grilled Sandwich and a veg burger.
Excellent preparation

Had brunch at this cafe on our way to Dawki. Good food, good presentation, great service, and well maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend to visit the cafe!
