Really good gym with proper equipment, but the best part is the trainers. Especially Thatchana bro has really helped with fixing my form and always helps with general doubts about anything and is always very friendly.
All in all, a good place for working out.

After 2 years of my comfortable zone I joined here they are good in bringing you out of comfortable zone with tons and tons of motivation. They are giving confidence to achieve our physical target. A good place to learn about our body these guys are really an expert in it. Instead of a teacher feel they are giving me a friendly feel so that I can push things up more than usual. Best thing is they are combining weight cardio and cross fit at a perfect combo. Gym has good space even large crowd can be comfortable in side gym we don't feel suffacated. A much deserved place to hit if u concentrate on fitness.❤

Thr is only one gym in the town (Dindigul) classic ambience, like real workout and provide right way to do the workout methods best trainees r thr ( Karthik bro ) well maintained equipment's neat and clean...

He makes sure the sessions are varied so it doesn't get boring and tailors the program to suit your individual fitness goals.
He really goes above and beyond - checks in on you between sessions to keep you motivated.
He's passionate about what he does and he's just a genuinely nice guy.
