Very Recently Visited Bhutan for a 7nights 8 days Package tour with Sister concern of Nirmala travels "Vathika International tours" with my Daughter..
One of the bestest ever experience v Had.
Bhutan ofcourse being a Picturesque Landscape have the most warm n kind hearted people.
The amount of Love and respect they carry to their motherland Bhutan, Their king and their culture and our Country Hindustan, is most admirable.
From most romantic Climate to most beautiful landscape, from adventures like Punaca river rafting to Treking to Tigers Nest, from shopping at local markets of small towns to small villages, words fall short.
And Above all, v could enjoy n have great fun Because everything was well planned by our tour Manager Mr Hari Puthran of Nirmala Travelsand our local Tour Guides Mr Karma, Mr Ugain and Mr Tashi.
If they had not given their heart and soul to take care of our needs we definitely would not have been able to enjoy at every point at a great ease.
And ofcourse not to forget, As we opted for a group tour, We also came across 8-9 different families in our trip as co-passengers and getting to know them while v together rafted n trekked was the added value...

Kashmir tour 16th April to 21st April 2024

We were part of the above tour which we enjoyed immensely. Shruthi at your Basavanagudi office helped us book Air tickets and the tour .Thanks to yourselves for organising this very efficiently through your Tour Manager Savin. Every detail was thought out and effectively planned. He made sure that we visited all the places mentioned in the iterenary by making us start early. Every day's program was informed to us in detail the previous day. Tasty Breakfast, lunch snacks coffee and dinner was served on time every time. Thanks to the cook and his assistants. Koushik served coffee and tea in our rooms early morning which also served as a wake up call.To our luck even the weather was co operative and we covered all the places. The tempo traveller drivers also did their job by taking us and bringing us back safely.

Savin also organised some funny games and events in the evenings which we enjoyed thoroughly. The hotel and our room was well kept and we had hot water all through the day. The staff were courteous
and friendly.
All in all it was a great trip and we look forward to joining many more tours with yourselves in future.

Excellent planning and execution by the team and our beloved Team leader guide Mr Rakesh Roshan... extremely happy and satisfied with the tour, end to end hand holding and great experience. The food was good....just follow the instructions of the guide to enjoy the holidays. Thank you.

We had great experience in Singapore Malaysia trip. The tour was arranged so well and our tour manager Mr.Rakesh managed everything really well and handled everyone patiently and made sure that all are enjoying the trip. Our tour guides both in Singapore and Malaysia were excellent. Vathika International/Nirmala travels is one of the safest option for our trips.

We had taken up the Chaar Dhaam Yatra with Nirmala Travels and it was the best decision. The managers, Mr. Kishore and Mr. Savin had meticulously planned the schedule to ensure all of us in the group had a peaceful darshan at all temples and the tour itself was planned in a way that the passengers had enough time to rest in between the trip and get back to regular duties once back from the trip. One word For Trip Service Experience it was really "Marvellous". This was the first time we have traveled for Malaysia and Singapore. We were pretty scared that how everything will happen and do we get any trusted agent or not but finally it happened and we got a very nice travel agent Mr. Rakesh from Nirmala Travels/Vatika Holidays and I would like to thank him he helped us in every possible manner , no matter it was day or early morning late night he was constantly coordinating with us for making sure that we are availing best possible service. The Itinerary was very well planned and the timings was on-time. The planning to execution so good. That made our vacation a memorable one.
The best part is. In the whole trip we were dined with Indian cuisines. We were so happy for the food also.

This was my first trip with Nirmala Travels for the char dham.

The tour manager was Kishore and Savin, both managed so well from day 1 till the end of the tour, which includes our food and stay.

The most important is time management & planning, that was on target so that all of them got the Dharshan and ample time to stay in temples to offer prayers, despite there was a huge rush this time.

A big thank you for the tour managers and most importantly the food, which is just superb, which kept us healthy on all days. Chef & team needs a salute for this.

First of all, We would like to congratulate you for starting this fabulous venture in the field of travel.

This is our first trip with Nirmala Travels. We wanted to see Gujarath hence, some friends suggested us to chose your firm.
We started interacting with Ms. Usha who is an exceptionally professional and completely focused on customer need.

Usha helped us booking our tickets and clarified all the doubts till the start day of the travel.

A day before we got the contact details of tour manager Srikanth Acharya who has an enormous knowledge on the visiting place as well as Hindu epics like Ramayana, Mahabharatha, Bhagavadgitha and Bhagavatha. He did call us before we start the journey and introduced himself and made us so comfortable. He kept calling us to ensure we do not get inconvenienced on reaching Ahmadabad.

We did start our journey on 3March and reached Ahmadabad on 5th March.

Srikanth was very much there in station and received us with great smile. He and his wonderful team fed us healthy south Indian food, given nice accommodation and ensured no inconvenience caused to us through out these 9days. Srikanth explained so diligently on each place that we visited and arranged good guides where ever needed. His knowledge on touring places is really commendable.

I would like to reiterate that Usha and Srikanth and his team are assets to your organization.

Few points for improvement which are not so serious but required to enhance the traveler's experience:-

Please use little better quality rice and try providing filter coffee which will enhance customer experience to the next level.

Finally, it was really a fantastic experience that we had and would like to explore more tours like Chardham, Jyothirlingas and Kashmir trips beside few international trips.

Thanks so much for your wonderful services which we will cherish in rest of our life and wish to continue to be with Nirmala Travels for future tours.

I am Lalitha B, a tourist in your Tulip Special Tour plan. I traveled from Bangalore to witness the serenity of Kashmir.

It was my first time traveling with Nirmala Travels. Our tour guides, Savin and Srikant were excellent guides as well as travel companions making the environment friendly and energetic. The food provided to us during the whole trip was hygienic, timely, not repetitive and homely. The last day of the trip was fun filled with games and memories.

I thank and congratulate both Savin and Srikant for making the trip memorable and successful. I am eagerly waiting for the next time I travel with Nirmala Travels.

We would like to extend our gratitude for making our wonderful trip- Amritsar-Jammu-Vaishnodevi-Kashmir.

Big thanks to trip manager Shri Durga Prasad Sir, he made sure to help us in every possible way. He is a fantastic organiser, a team player, he has knowledge about every place we visited, he guided us the tricks to talk to localite, he has healthy relationship with his team. He also has extra ordinary sense of humor and very good at suggesting places based on convenience. All these factors contributed to the success of the trip

Secondly, Manager Giridhar Paika was also an extra ordinary contributor.

All 4 Chefs (Madhav, Ujwal, Eshwar) gave us tasty, healthy food ON time. They were unseen fairies behind the triumph. They became the best friends for our 4 year old Mythili, also helped to pack her tiffin box during early morning travels. These instances gave us feel of being home. May God bless these guys.

Our Bus journey was the safest, our driver seemed so perfect while moving through steep curves and heavenly himalayas. We admire his dressing sense and the discipline he pocess.

All good things has to come to an end and so was our journey. Every small thing like packing boxes for our train journey, booking cabs, quick instructions , cracking jokes and tasty south Indian food at 5000 feet altitude made us dream come TRUE.

Thanks is just a word. But we really thank from our bottom of the heart for having such a fantastic schedule, background work, irreplaceable team and blessed Nirmala Travel Agency.

Kashmir tulip trip

I would like to thank everyone's professionalism shown during the journey which made me unforgettable from Day minus one till we reached back home on 16th april -

Mr Savin is the one who meticulously plans the itineraries of each day and checks what suits best in Kashmir. we (My family ) really loved the politeness and patience of Savin, the way he listens to every individual and gives his best.His curate experience ensures everything runs smoothly and dedication is immeasurable. I saw his passion for the local culture to hotel staff and kitchen staff who create a home away from home.

He was Managing 40 + travellers in which I saw most of them are aged 65+ years talking to them asking their health concerns and giving them advice they needed .

Really waking up before 4 :00 In morning and sleeping after us and getting ready with a smile on face and also encouraging everyone to show up for the event and making it successful.

Last not the least games conducted during the events also made my daughter to mingle with everyone in Passing the ball , Mind game and musical chair

Srikanth is the other tour manager who was handling most of the stuff which was needed for the successful completion of this tour.

I would also like to appreciate the Kitchen staff ( Tilak and team )- as the food was delicious and we got fresh hot food at 5 degrees to -7 degrees temperature wherever we are .
