Shri Lakshmi Hayagreeva Swamy Temple

Temple is located near to yadadri on the way to wangapalli. Peaceful location. Best place for children aksharabyasam. Lord Hayagreva swamy is god of knowledge. Every month one special day they do special puja and Homam to lord Hayagreva swamy ( I think on sravana NAkSHTRA day )
Many people come for aksharabyasam on that day. The temple is founded by sriman nallanthighal Lakshmi Narasimha Charya swamy (main pujari of yadadri temple ) they have a vedic school also inside. They open the temple early morning to till noon and evening 5 pm to 8 pm. Also whenever people gather they open the temple for them. They teach vedic chantings. They have goshala. The temple is surrounded by mango trees. Beautiful location. A must visit place if you are planning to yadadri. Especially for kids.

One more place to visit in Yadadri. It has vedic school also. Performs special pooja on sravana nakshatra day for kids education.

Excellent temple. I heard this famous pilgrim temple after Basara where akshara bhyasam will be conducting.. I suggest pilgrims who visit Yadagiri gutta should visit this place also which is very near.

A pleasant holy place, where we hear chanting of vedas by students, from vedic school beside. Visit once, to get blessings of Lord Hayagriva for your studies go well.

Went for my son's aksharabhyasam. Peaceful temple. The occasion was performed very well. You can call them 2 to 3 days before and carry the things necessary for the Puja as you don't get anything to purchase near the temple.
But the only negative thing is, temple is not properly cleaned.

I like this temple very much. I suppose not many are aware of this one. Very calm and peaceful one. There is a Gurukula Patashala attached to it and you can see vidyarti children sometimes. You can take your kids when you get them admitted in school or when they have to appear for important examinations, for Hayagreeva is supposed to enrich intellectual wealth to his devotees as he is the God of Knowledge and Wisdom.

Famous for aksharabyasam for kids more particularly on sravana nakshatram day of every month

Very good experience. Main diety was Hayagreva swamy with lakshmi devi. Every month on sravana nakshitram priests perform shudarshana homam,homam for children's,bijaksharam. You have to visit temple by 8 30am and have to stay up to 1pm. Temple provide breakfast and lunch. Rs 500 for shudarshana homam.Rs500 for bijaksharam.

A very rare temple of Hayagreeva swamy temple , the god of wisdom , the one who retrieved Vedas from rakshasa, and serene calm temple away from yadadri buzz and lush green with ample parking and open area.

Holy and devine place. You will feel really happy and experience peace of mind on visiting the temple. Akshara Abyasam puja will be performed, Beejaksharam. We visited the temple to peform Satya Narayana Swamy Vratam. We need to take all necessary items for Vratam (confirm priorly). As per pujari, Special pooja was scheduled for 3 days and lunch was provided by temple was traditional.

This temple is quite superb. This is the only temple that exists in Telangana state of India. We can have a beautiful nature and environment over there. The schemes and services of temple are also very attractive

A temple with very traditional practices. That add to the divine atmosphere. For parents who want their kids to excel in studies, this is a must visit temple.
Their prasadham is very special - even if it is a simple dish, it tastes awesome.

Lord Hayagreeva grants us Knowledge. I particularly visited for my children. It is located down the Yadadri hill.
