Sri Lakshmi Narayan Swamy Temple is really beautiful, surrounded by lush green trees. The development around the Temple and of the roads makes the rides soothing experiences. I recommend everyone to visit the place once. ♥

Parking: One has to pay 500rs if you want to park your vehicle on the hill. And 50rs if you park it down the hill. And free bus services are available.
Prasad: It will be better if they create some more counters for Prasad.
Mobiles are not allowed inside the temple.
Wear traditional outfits.
Beware from 🐒.

Panch narasimha swamy temple situated on yadadri hill. Yadgirigutta sri narasimha swamy temple is 60 km away from hyderabad the capital of telangana. Temple trust is developing temple as well as surrounding area with sculptures landscapes and gardens.

Awesome hindu temple having spiritual vibes built on black stones carving and sculptures are very nice.

Darshanam: we had opted for sarva darshanam on Sunday during daytime. It had taken two hours for us to reach at sanctom sanctorum. Generally on working day it will take thirty minutes to one hour but on holidays it may take one hour to four hours time for darshanam. For easy and quick visit to temple one can opt chargeable darshanam.Timings: 7:15–11:30 am, 12:30–3 pm, 5–7 pm, 8:15–9 pm

Parking: there are two parkings. One at foothill and one chargeable(₹500/vehicle). the parking near temple is having less capacity and not worthy. One can take free of charge busses from foothill parking for temple.

Though the main temple is awesome, the queues system, luggage keeping, and overall management is very poor.

Dress code: indian traditional wear or formal wear.

Accommodation: temple trust is providing accommodation to pilgrims for night stay near temple as well asin yad giri  town. There are some other private hotels in yad giri town for night stay. Temple trust has developed a lucrative garden around the temple side. overall must visit place.

Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple is also known as Pancha Narasimha Kshetram and Rishi Aradhana Kshetram. According to the Skanda Purana, Yada, the son of the sage Rishyasringa performed Tapasya here to the god Narasimha Swamy. Being pleased with his penance, Narasimha manifested himself in five forms: Jvala Narasimha, Gandabherunda Narasimha, Yogananda Narasimha, Ugra Narasimha, and Lakshmi Narasimha. For this reason, the temple has deities of Narasimha in all five forms enshrined in stone in the main cave. Historically, the temple has followed the Tenkalai tradition of the Vaishnava Agama Shastras as followed in South India. Jvala Narasimha is in the shape of a serpent, while Yogananda Narasimha appears sitting in meditation in yoga pose and the silver icon of Lakshmi-Narasimha is installed in the main shrine. To the right of the temple main door is a Hanuman temple. There is a long horizontal gap in the rock just below Hanuman. This is said to be where Gandaberunda Narasimha manifested.

The Temple renovation work was started in 2016 and the new temple was inaugurated on 28 March 2022. The temple was rebuilt in the Krishna Sila (Black stone). Major renovation of the temple is being taken up with a budget of ₹1800 crores by Yadadri Temple Development Authority. The temple owned 39 kilos of gold and 1,753 tonnes of silver for lining the gopurams and walls in the temple. The centuries-old practice of using lime mortar to join different stone parts is being used. The YTDA acquired around 1900 acres by spending ₹300 crores. It is great experience to visit Temple which is very spacious now with four Mada Veedhulu.

We had Nija Abhisheka Darshanam which starts at 5.15am in front of main deity. It was very wonderful experience and felt blessed.

Went on a road trip from Vijayawada to yadagiri gutta with family
Stayed in temple accomodation 1000rs room
Tried for 300rs dharsanam tickets sold out
Took 150rs dharsanam tickets
But car parking 500rs it's too much for just 1km hill road
So opted an auto it's just 25rs per person better than free buses which are fully crowded

A small cave temple of Lakshmi Narasimha swamy is updated to a huge and massive temple. To reach temple either reach via own vehicle with 500rs parking charges or parking downhill and take bus. This place definitely got crowded and those who wants faster Dharshan use break or paid Dharshan. In the main idol Dharshan lighting is too much to have a proper Dharshan. Hope temple people take care of that.

The Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple (Telugu: శ్రీ లక్ష్మీ నరసింహ స్వామి వారి ఆలయం,యాదగిరిగుట్ట) or simply known as Yadadri or Yadagirigutta temple, (also known as Pancha Narasimha Kshetram and Rishi Aradhana Kshetram) is a Hindu temple situated on a hillock in the small town of Yadagirigutta in the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district of the Indian state of Telangana. Yadadri temple is touted as Telangana's own Tirupati.
The temple is dedicated to the god Narasimha, an avatar of Vishnu.
The temple was expanded and rebuilt between 2016 and March 2022. It is 65 km from Hyderabad.

The architecture of the temple is based on Agama Shashtra. The temple is built entirely in stone. The temple was earlier built on 0.81 hectares (2 acres). After demolishing all structures on the temple hillock, the base for the temple is now 6.5 hectares (16 acres).
Yadagirigutta is well connected by both rail and road. It is about 55 km from Uppal, a major suburb of Hyderabad and 65 km from Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station at Hyderabad. A new bus stand is built on a 6.1 hectares (15 acres), as a part of new temple development. The proposed Hyderabad Regional Ring Road passes through Yadagirigutta.

The nearest railway stations are Raigiri about 5 km away and Bhuvanagiri, a major town of Hyderabad Metropolitan Region about 13 km away. Raigir railway station has been renamed as Yadadri(YADD) by South Central Railway in line with the new nomenclature of the temple town. The Hyderabad MMTS - Phase II is planned, to be extended from Ghatkesar to Raigir station, which is 5 km from Yadagirigutta. A metro train is proposed between Uppal and Yadagirigutta.

Splendid and a must visit temple close to Hyderabad. I first visited this temple some 7 years ago, which was under renovation and visiting this today is just so amazing. Super delighted to see the whole architecture, Temple development and facilities around it.

You shouldn’t miss the special darshanam which takes you to Garba gudi. Interiors look like Tamil Nadu’s all historical temples are modernised with superb lights that is Yadagiri for you. The views from the above is another don’t miss things. So, don’t miss walking around and seeing the beauty.

In my view, you should visit the temple at golden hours (sunset time), and wait till the temple is lighted. It looks so brilliant.

You can park the car above, so not a big hustle. Services are all good. It’s now a favourite weekend drive from Hyderabad for all spiritual believers.

Remember to carry CASH: a very few ATMs out here and is a trouble when it's heavy rush times.

Inside main temple it's awesome.. you'll have spiritual feelings and for that only 5/5.

Whereas the queues system, kepping luggage, shoes , mobile..I mean overall management is very poor... I would rate for that 1/5.

Yadagirigutta's Laxmi Narasimha Swamy is indubitably the most popular God in the state. So popular that the Government of India's regional channel in Telangana is called Doordarshan Yadagiri. In a state where every second temple is dedicated to Lord Narasimha.

Those who want to park the vehicle atop Yadagirigutta have to pay Rs. 500 per vehicle. Executive Officer N. Geeta stated that the decision was taken after deliberations with top officials during the week.

Quite a few steps (around 75) need to be climbed from the auto drop spot to reach the main temple. The temple authorities just push you thru the queue not allowing to have a good darshan of the Lord also. There is a lot of renovation work going on in the temple as well as the surrounding areas and at the foothill.

No, mobile phones are not allowed into the temple. All the electronic gadgets like mobile phones, cameras etc., are strictly prohibited inside the temple. Beware of monkeys.

Yadagirigutta temple timings are 4:00 AM to 9:45 PM.

Note: Temple is closed between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (except Sat and Sundays).

We visited to this temple today evening from 5 pm to 6pm. There was no crowd today. Maybe because it's vinayak chavithi or maybe it's not weekend. So we came by bus from uppal to yadadri bus stand. From there there are free buses to the top of temple. There are toilets also at temple surroundings. It's 5 rupees for men and women. And there is drinking water also. It took 1 hour for darshan. We deposited our mobiles at counters. They took 10 rupees for each mobile. And slippers deposit is free. And we deposited our bags too. Inside view of temple was so beautiful. It was decorated with gold. And it was air conditioned. We took some photos because it was evening and view was beautiful with lights. If you are going to visit this temple, visit in the evening. It's so beautiful. And we didn't find buses to uppal after 6 pm. So we got ordinary bus atlast. So it's better to visit in the morning or afternoon. Evening view was beautiful but you can't find buses if you are traveling by bus. If you have car then no problem. There are a lot of monkeys. And some temple construction is going on still. Need to develop toilets better.
