My entire trip to Switzerland very professionally managed with top class customer service rendered at all points of the trip. Right from the initial days of booking, The Pick up, The transport provided, The driver, tour guide, The Hotels, The sightseeing planning everything was meticulously planned & executed to perfection.
Overall our trip was excellent and memorable.I have traveled with other tour operators as well but never have I seen the trip planned & executed the way it has was by Folks4Tour.
We have already spread the word to our relatives who are keen to visit switzerland in the future.
I personally want to visit switzerland again & will do it through Folks4 Tour for sure.

We had a well managed trip to Srilanka through Folks4tours with professional touch. We Enjoyed the trip with great hospitality in island. The hotel provided in Kandy on hill top was awesome. The staffs were flexible and approachable in all the occasions.

First off, would like to thank Team Folks4Tours for the wonderful holiday we had this Dec - seamless and stress free.
Our Vacay started 21st Dec and was well received by the tour guide at Bangkok airport, taking us through the entire itinerary and handing us the vouchers for it. The Thailand tour guide Emergency number & Folks4Tours team was always helpful, however small or simple the query. Our request for a ‘Private Vacay’ was met at all locations and had excellent tour guides & vehicles, who took interest in talking to us just about any topic we wanted to know, leave alone just the places we were visiting! Thanks to the team for keeping the entire trip on track with their punctuality & a clear plan for the day with ample free time for shopping or whatever else we wanted to do on our own. I strongly recommend Folks4Tours to my friends and family, after experiencing their adherence to their promises, as on their website ! This was no ‘set plan’ for a holiday, but a completely customized one, with a lot of changes & back & forth & yet emerged an awesome experience.

We had been to udaipur, kumbalgarh, jodhpur and jaisalmer. The rooms booked by them were really good. It was worth the money paid. And they were available on call when ever we required assistance

We had been to Munnar, Cohin, Thekkady and Alleppey through folks4tours.the tour was planned as per our requirement and budget.we had the option to choose the hotels and the car service.the tour guide cum driver was friendly and reliable.the sightseeing’s were well planned. I recommend folks4tours services for a tension free family holiday.

If u r looking for a holiday booking where d tour operator has done some ground work on booking stay n transport which r d most important things of a holiday, THIS IS NOT THE TRAVEL AGENT YOU SHOULD GO FOR.
N on giving an honest feedback of the problems faced, u get a response from d team that they had already shared d hotel names with us( as if we r professionals in tat field who know which is good n bad)
.. so it's for us to Google n find out based on reviews there how d hotel is.. so then why book with a travel agent if that is how they respond??
Tat way, Google gives us good reviews on folks4tours.. u should just experience to see how SHABBY it is.
The hotels booked r either so difficult to approach tat d taxi doesn't reach there.. or d beds have sheets tat haven't been washed for ages.. or d worst thing was bedbugs.. u can't even sleep properly after d full day's activity..
The taxi changes without any notice in the middle of d holiday.. n tat too with drivers so unprofessional tat they either lie to u tat all sightseeing places r closed. Or he leaves u in d middle of sightseeing on ur own to manage for d rest of d day..
Best is to book on our own.. for d same price tat they quote, u can easily enjoy a 4 star stay.. which we actually have experienced in d holidays tat myself n my husband planned on our own.. or to go to a proper professional tour operator in which case it will be value for money..
