Yenepoya University, provide an overall excellent academic experience. As a member of Yenepoya University, I found the close vicinity of the hospital to be a great asset as far as gaining clinical experience. There is everything for the students inside the campus like sport (Yendurance Zone and soccer ground), activity, or academic endeavour and healthful food, etc. both the Medical College and Dental College hospitals are well equipped and updated (such as Robotic Surgery). Beautiful campus life with library facility online/offline and various courses available (MBBS MD BDS MD MSC PhD). The most beautiful part is the university research centre which is situated inside the campus with having latest research equipment and cutting age technologies. The faculties are internationally trained and having lots of experience in research and published more than 100 research papers. I can't express my happiness that the treatment given in Yenepoya University Derlakatte, Mangalore by ref Doctor Ibrahim and the treatment done by DR. GURUPRASAD BHAT M.B.B.S M.D D.M MEDICAL ONCOLOGY.

I stay in Bangalore and had Right Chest Cancer in the month of October 2016 and operated in Bowring Hospital‬ on 5th November after complete reports taken. Then started my treatment November 29th 1st chemotherapy and unable to do my treatment in Bangalore since financial issue. Where comparing to Bangalore and the way the Dr. GURUPRASAD Bhat treats the patients in Mangalore half the disease goes happily.

Though I used to travel once in 20 days for my chemotherapy from Bangalore to Mangalore I was happy to complete my treatment in Yenepoya University Derlakatte Mangalore only.

My Chemotherapy and radiotherapy completed in the month of May 2017 and I m in rest at home now and eating well and went after 3 months checkup in August 2017, my Cancer will completely cure inshallah and now i have to meet once in 6 months the Doctor as per my improvement.

I am very happy with the Doctor GURUPRASAD and the staff treated and in Yenepoya University Derlakatte, Mangalore.

I really suggest the best Hospital‬.
