I recently used the rental cab service, and I'm thrilled with the experience! The owner was punctual, courteous, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. The car was in great condition. It was delivered to us at our villa and also picked up from there. Joseph and Sam were very helpful and courteous. We had absolutely 0 issues with the car and our security deposit was returned promptly. Highly recommended.

Very smooth and sweet experience at Kim’s for a car i hired for a day. Joseph is one of the most genuine goans i have ever met, and Savrino and Sam helped along as well. Don’t trust the negative reviews, most of them are fake and dont reflect the actual experience. I highly recommend Kims car hire.

The booking is done from the photocopy shop which seemed a bit strange at first but all was fine in the end. I rented a royal enfield for 2 weeks which I was very pleased with. There were no issues with my milage etc and I was assured my fuel would be refunded via discount for any future vehicles I rent through them which I will do on my next visit. Would like to try a jeep next time.

Rented a Jeep from them, and boy was I pleased. Brilliant turbocharged Mahindra Thar, with the back open, padded rollbar, decent music system, and all the jazz.

owner is helpful...bikes are in gud condition.i drove a scooty around 600 kms in 5 days.faced no problem.. recommended for visitors..

Horrible experience, we waited more than 1 and a half hours for the car on the railway station.

When we questioned the driver ( Mr. SAM) he said "do you want the car or should I leave?" if he had said this before, we would have definitely booked another cab as there were plenty of other cars available on the station at the same price.

Then he went on to brag how rich the car owner was and that the driver didn't care about whether we took the car or not. He also said " no matter which company you book your car from, they'll take the car from us only" ( which was a lie)

The car wasn't even clean when we got it, absolutely dirty. It didn't run smoothly either.

On the last day, when we dropped the car at the station, the driver / or the owner ( Idk) came just 5 mins before us and called us saying we were lying that we're at the station but he didn't care that we waited 1.5 hours while picking up the car.

He did apologise for his drivers behaviour later.

I would suggest avoiding this company, these people don't care about customers, they have plenty of money already.

Low class owners tries to bully people by not returning the deposit. Be aware of the frauds Kim’s rent a car.
