Škoda Service Centre

Visited twice…. Good experience…. Timely service & correct advice as per requirement

My Skoda battery died while in Goa and after reading several reviews of the Verna service center, I was skeptical about the level of service to expect. I managed to jump start the car and brought it in to the Verna service center at 10am. To my surprise, although the location is a bit remote, the workshop is well setup and the staff professional and courteous. I explained to them that I needed my battery checked as I had a long drive back to Mumbai. I was directed to a service adviser named Vaibhav who assisted me. Without deprioritizing his existing clients who were scheduled for periodic maintenance, Vaibhav had the vehicle completely checked for issues and concluded that the battery needed replacement as the battery tests were failing after 50% charge. While the waiting time was long during the battery charge and tests and I wanted to leave with my car, the customer lounge was comfortable and we were immediately made to feel at home while we waited. The lounge also overlooked the work area so I was able to monitor progress on my car. As proposed, the battery replacement was done and car tested before handing it back to me.
I must say the experience left me very encouraged about the level of support to expect from Skoda especially during a crisis. Hats off to Vaibhav and Mayuri who ensured the customer experience was optimal from the time I entered till I left the service center. I owe them a debt of gratitude for their commitment and dedication to the job. This is a service center I wont hesitate to visit again.

The wait area, easiness of appointment, hospitality was all really great. Also the service Advisor was great too with their behaviour and courtesy.
Modernised way of servicing is being carried out, good and experienced technicians are available in the organisation, The team working here is great and service is amazing.

Had a great experience having my car fixed and serviced here. As compared to Mumbai where I also often service my car this place is much better. Very nice and helpful staff, at least the two advisors (Sumeet and Raghav) who I have interacted with were both super. The place is also nice, not too overcrowded with cars makes you feel your car is safe and being well looked after. Had my Fabia's steering rack replaced and service done and the car is running very nice and smooth now.

I had very excellent service experience here in this service center.
My door motor and fuel tank door got repaired here.

I was on a vacation at Goa from Mumbai, during my trip I had to visit the workshop as the ABS indicator was "On". Despite being a Dushera holiday, they attended to the car given my travel status. A big Thank you to Sachin and the Site manager for extending your support in my time of need.
